Marcia was a polite, helpful and wise baker. The atmosphere was peaceful even during very busy times. The bankers could shine in a fashion show and seemed eager to help.

Great place to freshen up. They offer large clean public restrooms, and even hot water, soap, and clean towels. They welcome the homeless, and should be commended for that. They gave me treats for my dog, and a hot cup of coffee!

I went to get a bank account with Ms Miriam. She had me in and out within thirty minutes was really sweet and helped me understand which account I need. She made me feel like I was choosing the right bank

I have been banking with BOA for over 20 years. I currently live in south Alabama, and BOA does not have any banking facilities in the whole state. The Columbus GA banking facility is great!! Thank You.
