Karen @ the South Lumpkin location in Columbus Georgia really went above and beyond with helping me with my ExtraCare card . I having trouble trying to access my reward coupons that would come directly to my phone and she told me no worries and looked up my number and printed out my coupons for me and advised me to contact the ExtraCare customer service department! She showed excellent customer service and it really showed that she actually cared about me (the customer)!!! I’ll always use this location !

Well Ms Rachel was AWESOME! PROFESSIONAL she was nice and right on time! PLEASE keep her and give her a RAISE! SHE KNOWS HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE! This was the first great experience I've had wit this CVS!

Store was clean and organized. Great location and good customer service. Cold cooler items were nearly completely out. Most sale items were out and there were several days before the sale was over. The store is 24 hours which is awesome but need better job with inventory.

Well, customer service was okay. They had several people waiting in line, and had two people serving and then one just kind of got up and left. Not sure where she went to. The store was well-stocked, clean, typical CVS.
