Love this truck stop the late night 🌙 crew was awesome they explained everything to me got me in an out of there. Truck runs great they was very nice people friendly 👍 wouldn't mind going back there.. 😀

These people are highly unprofessional they put me on the list to replace my trailer tire around 9pm and they told me there are 5 people ahead of you and total waiting 5 to 6 I put my phone on alarm when I woke around 2 am they were all gone I tried to call them and one lady at love’s fuel desk told me that they were trying to call people but nobody answered the phone so our crew went to a double roadside assistance but the fact is they haven’t call anybody just pure lie wish I would’ve have option of negative star rating

I was driving from San Antonio to El Paso with my two young boys for Thanksgiving and my tire lost rubber where the steel belts were showing. The only place open at 7pm in Sonara where we ended up was Speedco behind the Luvs. Our dilema was my screw key for the lock wheel nut was missing. I saw a YouTube video on how to remove a lug nut lock with no key. You simply hammer in a socket that fits it snug and with the impact gun you unscrew it. Joshua who said he was the manager wouldn’t even try, he said “there is no way that would work,” and sent my young boys and I on our way with a hazardous tire at night on Thanksgiving Eve!? I called Sonara tire shop, who were actually closed, but agreed to help if I drove to his shop. He took the lug nut lock off just the way I said, hammering on a socket that fit snug. Very disappointing that a manager of a professional shop is this ignorant and unwilling to think outside the box and willing to put a family in danger, because he couldn’t save face after telling us there was no way to do it. He didn’t even ask one of his many colleagues there for advice?!

Super lazy for replacing one nee tire in trailer they take 3-4 hours 3 guys standing inside just time pass using computer

For a tire they will carte you like for a rebuild engine….
