The couch was delivered in a timely matter while the swivel chair was delayed, but Ms. Laurie was communicative with letting me know when it arrived then delivering it the very next day! I love this store! The furniture is perfect for our home. The service and delivery are amazing as well. Cindy Pintos is our sales lady. She heard our needs and wishes, guided us through the best options, and gave us the best deal. My partner and I have been at their showroom two or three times and it has new and a variety of pieces everytime. We got Living/Dining room, bedroom, and home office furniture. I haven't been in this store in years. Went in to look around for some furniture and was immediately greeted by Mariah. She was very patient, explained things well and looked up several prices for me on items that caught my interest without the extra push to buy something. She wrote her contact information down and the prices on a piece of paper for me. My salesperson was Mariah. I live out of state. She was super helpful and communicated with me by phone and text. She would send me pictures of inventory options that fit my requests. She responded quickly and worked with me to find the perfect pieces. Items are unique with a variety of styles available to suit many different tastes. Prices are a little higher but I would definitely shop here again. I'm very happy with the service and the furniture i received.

Recently, I purchased a vanity for my wife, sofa set, dinning room set, queen bed, mattress set, and two rugs. Out of all stores in Columbus this store had furniture that I liked and was available when I needed it. Also, all of the employees are kind and helpful. I recently moved to the area and was looking to upgrade my bed. I chose Ace because their prices seemed to be the most reasonable and that I would be able to find a great deal. From my first interaction with Mariah over the phone, I was immediately impressed. She took the time to look up the items I picked out on their site and discuss my options with me. When I arrived at the store, she took me around to find some sets that would not require a special order (like the one I had picked out online), that were in the same price range I was looking at, and had the same comfort I was looking for. Ace has a wide variety of furniture. The furniture is of good quality. The service is great. The owners of this business are friendly, concerned, and patient. They work with you until you find the best price, color, and style for you. They have a terrific delivery team who take proud in what they do. They made my shopping experience great.
