One of the staff saw me looking confused and came over and asked if she can help me, was pleased. She walked me to the item I was looking for and made sure they had the size I needed. Excellent service!!!

I love this store, I can always come in and find something different and what I'm looking for. The quality had improved and I like the home section they have some nice things.

Actually that was my second time ever going in there I went when it first opened but I hadn't been since I like the prices because kids were things and then they get rid of them if I had known it was like that I probably wouldn't have gone to all the other stores at the strip mall and the mall for school clothes for my grandchildren only thing it was hot as hell and it was a very long line they need help but the staff is very friendly

This retail store has everything from affordable trendy baby clothes to name men's apparel and shoes in all sizes and styles for all ages and genders. They also have fashion jewelry, purses, and home decor. This retail store is the bomb. They also play the latest hits so that you can whistle while you shop. If you're not careful you may stay all day.

They always have great customer service! Which is great because stores on the south side always get bad rep's. Which is not always true

Citi trends is a store with a great selection of clothes,shoes,purses,and more.You can look great without spending a lot. This particular store is in a location where you can shop then grab a bit to eat.The people always make a point to greet you when you walk in the door.
