Candlewood Suites Columbus Fort Benning, an IHG Hotel

Our Family loves it! The staff is very kind and the rooms are nice and new! Feels like family whenever I go there... Would give 100 stars if I could! Thanks Candlewood

I had stay there awhile back and the front desk Manger Sabrina was amazing. She was on point, friendly, and was extra helpful when needed. The rest of the staff was just as lovely as their Manger Sabrina. The rooms were clean and fresh everyday. I would stay there always when I'm in that area.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING !!!!! I’m currently staying here for three nights because my husband is in AIT and I’m visiting him, I wanted a hotel for me and my kids that was safe and it had a little kitchenette and wasn’t gonna break my bank account. The hotel on base wanted to charge me over 250 a night that’s ridiculous. This one only charge me like 117 a night and that price if you really look at it is not a bad price for a safe area when you have children for three nights. It has the cutest little kitchenette a full fridge, a dishwasher, a little stove top a microwave, a toaster, coffee pot, huge TV. Nice bed. Dresser desk everything you can want has a pool of fitness center free coffee, and it has a free laundry room! The staff has been extremely nice to me. I will definitely be booking here again.!!!! And they were so nice to me when I asked them about military discount because I know that there is a stigma on that, Plus, it’s only 5 miles from Fort Moore ! There is also a Walmart right around the corner, McDonald’s Taco Bell lots of food all around it. If you’re coming here for any reason, I highly recommend this place !

First timer. Great place. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette. Great customer service at the reception. They went above and beyond to get a clean room earlier than the regular check-in time for our first wedding night. Thank you, guys.

I have stayed here a few times and the service is above and beyond at this location. The staff is always so friendly and happy to accommodate whatever you need. Would stay here many times over I highly recommend

Rooms are nice, the whole hotel looks like it was recently renovated. I showed up at a very busy time and the staff were very nice to me. J'son at the front desk was especially accommodating and helpful, even though he was assisting several people besides me at the time.

Nice room. The only issue is that the recliner is about 6 inches from the bed, making it difficult. I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is. I will definitely stay again.

This was a great stay! We were here to watch a family member graduate at Ft Moore. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The area of town is a little rough, but the location to Ft Moore made it nice. The staff was AMAZING! Ms Janay and Ms Crystal were two of the nicest ladies we met in Georgia. In all my hotel stays I’m not sure I have ever dealt with more kind or helpful people. Would definitely recommend this friendly staff.

My experience here has been pretty amazing from the time I checked and up until now. I’m here for CDL training, so I’ve been here for about 2 weeks. The front desk staff are super friendly and do their jobs at the highest quality. I had a little hiccup with my stay because of miscommunication from my school’s employees but Ms. Crystal (who became one of my favorites) at the front desk was able to help me fix the issue in no time and I couldn’t have been more pleased and grateful to have met her. The hotel is under renovations and has constant movement during the day going on but otherwise, I had no major issues. My room was very clean and had just about everything I needed for my stay and if I needed anything as far as extra utensils, linen and even the extra complementary snacks, the housekeeping staff had no issue getting it for me. It’s in a kinda shakey side of town but the hotel doesn’t reflect that at all. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Columbus and recommend others who need a home away from home type of stay.

This hotel is very clean and up to date. It's going through renovations and I can tell it's headed in the right direction. Crystal is the hotel manager and she is extremely helpful, very sweet and an awesome energy to be around! She is very accommodating of all my needs and delivers it with a smile!

We are here for a visit for my sons army graduation. Crystal at the front desk was amazing from the start. When we arrived our room wasn’t what we had ordered on line with Priceline. Crystal went above and beyond trying to fix the correction with Priceline. After zero success with Priceline on providing good customer service, Crystal then took everything to her management team and between her and the manager Sabrina they were able and o provide what we needed. All front office personnel have been wonderful, our two rooms are super nice. The location is perfect and convenient for my sons graduation. Thank you Crystal and Sabrina for too customer service and your kindness. I am happy you were able to top what Priceline messed us for us and give us a nice, clean, roomy room for my family! Be cautious when booking with Priceline. A couple of
Amenities they say were with this hotel, this hotel doesn’t even offer and when you call Priceline you are dealing with India who knows nothing about what a king, queeen, double, and standard bed is. Thank goodness for Crystal and Sabrina providing us with amazing customer service! Again-this misrepresentation was not from the hotel, but clearly from Priceline.

Great service and willing to go beyond for their customers. Had a great house keepers. Shandrea was amazing with her hospitality. Worth to go back. The small kitchen and cutlery was also a bonus to the rooms.

I will say I appreciate the staff first and foremost! Every time I'm in Columbus for work, I enjoy the convienance of the location and room readiness. I have yet to have an issue and don't forsee having one in the future. Even if so, I know they would take care of me like always! Thank you ladies! Medusa

Upon arriving at Candlewood Suites, we met Crystal ( front office manager) who treated us like her family. Very professional and knowledgeable. She also went above and beyond trying to help us deal with priceline's mess with our booking. Almost 2 hours later while stuck on the phone with priceline, we met Sabrina (general manager) at Candlewood Suites, she was very accommodating and even fixed our priceline booking mistake so we could enjoy our time with family on this trip.

This is a great hotel! My work takes out-of-town for work a lot. This hotel is always clean and comfy. The front desk staff are great to talk to and chat with. Especially Hannah! And the sales manager here is fantastic!

Had a great stay here, everything was clean & had great service from the employees. They were very friendly & helpful in anything asked of them. The front desk manager Ms.Crystal was extremely helpful and friendly.

Candlewood Suites Columbus ga, first off the hospitality was above excellent. The manager Crystal is the greatest person working behind a desk. The rooms has everything in it fridge stove all utensils very clean. If anyone was to ask this Suites is the 1. If you're reading this review this is a true statement hands down go here.
