I had to exchange some bras I bought online. I was very happy & surprised with the amount of choices they had in stock. There was no problem with the exchange. A clerk named Sydney helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Sydney made a dreaded necessity so much easier. I wish more stores had clerks like her.

I haven't been there in years. So easy to forget that they discreetly professionally fit you for your "underpinnings" so that you finally get the fit you need so that everything goes in where it belongs with no excess hanging out. Plus they do this all while they see nothing they shouldn't. Well, maybe except a few extra rolls around my middle. LOL
