Great place to get your vehicle washed. Everyone is friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait but they move along as fast as they can and still do a good job. Just remember your paying for a set price package and not detailing and they do offer a detailing service.

Full service car wash was $24. Well worth the money.

First time going to the car wash and was very impressed. I stated when I arrived I had not been there before and the manager took the time to explain the different selections of washes they had! I went in to pay my bill and was talking to the front desk guy (who was very polite and professional), and he told me about their monthly wash package which was fairly cheap and included a lot! I was on a time schedule and my car took about 10 min to vacuum out, wash, hand dry and they even cleaned out the door jams! My car looked very nice when It was done! I will definitely be back!!

I enjoy coming here a few times a month because of the decent price for service.
Only had one bad experience this past time visiting. Sent an email explaining my complaint, but no response yet.
Edit: got a response the next business day, the owner explained they had a staff meeting to fix the issue from happening agai and comped me a car wash even offered a 2nd on the house.
Still highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a good customer oriented team that fixes their mistakes and for that I give the extra star.

Friendly and positive staff, clearly works hard, and does an amazing job! Full Service wash considerably better than local, leading competitors for a reasonably comparable price!

The people are friendly and respectful. The do an excellent job of cleaning your vehicle. All my belongings are just where I left them before and after. The price is good and they work as a team to get you in and out quickly.

I don’t usually write reviews on places. Richard, the owner, is a very kind man who ensures all of his customers are pleased with their services. By far one of my favorite car washes. I have a Focus RS so I’m pretty picky with where I bring my car. I would recommend ‘The Works’ to anyone that prides themselves on having a stunning looking car inside and out.

This is the best car wash in town, by far. I go to this car wash twice, sometimes three times a week simply because I love having a clean truck. The environment here is phenomenal, I literally feel like family every time I go. My truck is always, always clean, and people ask me all the time where I go. This is the place to go to if you appreciate having a clean vehicle.

Have been a repeat customer since 2008. Service is always A+. Richard is always greeting customers by name and with a smile plus a handshake to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Definitely love this locally owned and operated establishment that adds a tremendous value to the Numerous Small Businesses in the Uptown Area of Columbus. A wonderful environment and Richards Team is always courteous and friendly. If the line is backed up to Veterans Parkway TRUST ME, it's worth the wait. Been going here for over two years now, I'm pleased with their service and their ability to maintain a constant high on their cleaning performance. Their workers are polite enough and I've never caught them screwing around on the job either, so I know they're not wasting time.

Staff was pleasant and smiling...had a really great experience except that my XTerra trunk was not wiped down inside (no carpet or cloth, just plastic) when i asked for the works so i feel like that should have been included since it said interior wipe down and didn't notice until i got home. despite that, i would definitely recommend and i will be back!!

Best place in Columbus, hands down. Didn't realize I left a very expensive ring in my truck and it could have been taken very easily. Instead it was sitting on the center console of an exceptionally clean car. Great service and even better employees. Love this place

I love 4th Avenue. They're the best car wash in town. The price, service and customer friendly environment are amazing. Doesnt matter beginning of day or the end they dont slack. You get the same amount of hard work as long as they're open. If you got kids they'll make it look like you don't.

Always polite and professional!! Very safe place so dont worry if alone or fromout of state you'll be treated well. My car was spotless!!
