Coach Thomas is the best. Boxing is life now. This gym is the first gym I've felt comfortable and motivated completely. I am thankful and will come as often as I can.

For Kettlebell and olympic and power lifting movement patterns, this is the Best Training facility on Fort Moore

Very nice workout gym with free weights

Great functional fitness with a large indoor turf area for sled pushing and tire flipping. They have a Jacobs ladder which is great with rope climbing as well. Less crowded than other on post gyms making for plenty of options for equipment use.

Amazing place to workout. A totally great atmosphere, with tons of equipment. Barbell based and crossfit based. Not the best for bodybuilding not if you like barbells, kettle bells, strongman equipment, ropes and caving ladders. There about 12 squat racks, 4 wood and rubber Deadlift platforms, and like 6 to 8 Olympic weightlifting platforms with full rubber. And rubber bumper plates for days.

This is hands-down the best gym on post.
Set up for lots of functional exercises, with a huge open area to lush/pull/drag sleds and carts.
Tons of deadlift set ups.
Lots of Jacob's Ladders, assault bikes and the like.

Great gym! Best set of Kettlebells on base. I will be teaching a KB class Tuesday and Thursday nights at 1830.

It was my first time in this gym. The majority of the Gym is geared towards crossfit. I do highly recommend that with new army PT test crossfit and Olympic lifts be part of your workout

Awesome functional fitness gym. Don’t go between 0640-0740 or from 1700-1800 if you can avoid it though because it’s always super packed

Favorite gym on base. Never too busy and big enough that you don’t bump into anyone during your workout. Plenty of equipment for any kind of workout.

I've worked on Ft.Benning for over 23 years now and I can truley say Ft.Benning has come a long way to meet the new Generation but still keeps our Military history alive and well . I love Ft.Benning and hope to keep on serving our troops , their familys and the civilian work force for many more years to come . Audie Murphy Gym is a great place for individual's to gain and achieve all their health needs in a environment thats safe and willing to help in anyway possible. Nice equipment & very clean for a gym. A lot of the equipment is blocked off for the moment due to COVID though .

CrossFit type gym with plenty of space to do sled pushes and exercises requiring open space. Never too crowded either.
