Everything was excellent
Room nice and clean
Breakfast was really good too. No complaints, next time we are in town we are staying there.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 months and my experience has been nothing short of spectacular. Although it is considered a 2-star hotel, the customer service provided by its employees makes it feel more like a 5-star hotel without the high price. I would like to thank Alexa for going above and beyond to make every stay comfortable.

Good gym - elliptical, treadmill, bike, and a rack of dumbbells from 10lbs-55 lbs. Friendly service. Clean facility and no odors or stains. Thanks y’all

Amazing rooms. The staff is very friendly. They offer quite a bit for breakfast in the mornings so you don’t have to go get breakfast from a place in town! They offer eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and other things. I would definitely stay here again. My friend enjoyed the experience also. Keep up the good work!

We were forced to spend a weekend here since we were having sewer issues & it took about 2 days longer than they expected it to. Luckily the pool was open & the kids were able to wear off a bunch of energy. The breakfast had great options, lots of warm food. While we were there they had biscuits & gravy, sausages, eggs, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, Etc. As well as fruit, yogurt, & cereal. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly & accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and fresh. Breakfast had many options and you won't leave hungry! The lady working the front desk was very accommodating and helped us get checked in a little early to get ready for a wedding.

Checkin was quick, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean, modern, and had an inviting atmosphere. The guest room was very modern, comfortable, and up to date. Often times you can't find enough outlets for charging all of the family's electronic devices. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of outlets, and even direct USB ports. The best part though, by far was the great night's sleep! The bed was very comfortable and they provided soft, as well as firm pillows. Combine that with the room darkening blinds, and it's the perfect mix for great sleep. There was a big wedding party the night we were there, so I thought we'd hear hallway noise as guests made their way to their rooms, but we didn't. The bathroom was nicely finished, and spotless as well. Lastly, breakfast was great. It was a full spread; eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, fruit, milk, juice, and more. We'll be staying here again!

Second time staying here. Hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. Hotel looks brand new. This time the heater in my room wasn't working and the staff promptly upgraded me to a different better room. The rec room was nice and they deliver the newspaper to your room in the morning. The breakfast is also very satisfying. Overall a great hotel.

Excellent. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great view of a golf course out back. Nice to wake up to even you arrive after dark and have no idea what's behind the hotel.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Modern furniture and decor, and the automatic (blackout) blinds make the rooms feel more upscale than they really are. Definitely recommend staying here over any other options in a 30-40 mile area.

The only downside is that that village of Sioux Center tends to have a noticeably bad smell in the air all the time. This is due to the meat processing plant and a few farms nearby. Hardly the fault of Holiday Inn, but something to be noted just the same.

We had a wonderful stay. It was very clean, the staff was curtious and accommodating. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot foods and plenty of fruit. I slept great in the bed, which isn't normal for me in a hotel.

Feels upscale. Beds are comfortable with choice of soft or firm pillows. Staff is helpful. Exercise room has 3 different equipment pieces plus free weights. There is a pool and hot tub which we used. Hot breakfast was included. We will for sure be back.

Nice, clean room except for the shower head. Might be a nitpick, but it's a little annoying getting sprayed on the outside of the tub turning the shower on. They have a communal gas grill out back, which is cool. Don't forget your golf clubs as the hotel is located next to a golf course.

This is by far the most friendly hotel I’ve stayed at. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are decently sized. Wonderful edition to a wonderful community!

Spacious room, warm staff, nice pool/hot tub area. The breakfast lobby area is nice with a nice outdoor area overlooking a golf course.

The staff was so nice and very helpful and the rooms super clean and the bed of the chain comfortable,I will stay there again.
