Initially had some issues with the service I received on my PC, but Taylor called me and offered to make sure it was fixed and performing as I expected. Great customer service experience!

They're straight-forward and don't mess around. They were quick to help and quick to actually do a repair once I agreed to it. Told me they could have my phone screen replaced within an hour from when I went in with the problem.

I needed a screen replaced on my phone and they were able to help. The service was good and very timely from estimate to completion. Would definately recommend to others based on timeliness, quality and great customer service!

They replaced the screen and our daughter's iPhone 6s in a couple hours and it was perfect! These guys are top shelf for quality of work.

Brought computer in for repairs, simply could not restore the computer and the hard drive was corrupt, so all that needed to be done was a factory reset and that’s it, instead my computer was held for 5 days, and when I finally got it back I had to pay $80 for them to reset the pc, and because they had nothing else to do and needed to make money off me somehow, they then installed all of my updates and drivers which as you know takes some time.
