Metro by T-Mobile

I honestly won't go anywhere else or any other Metro t mobile store. it's the only help I get. I can call customer service all day get nothing done go through however many people and still nothing. Even managers. I thank you so very much for helping me multiple times!! You're a great person. Thank you.

Best customer service! Sue was friendly, accommodating, and patient. She had multiple customers at one time, and managed to treat everyone like they were important and make sure all their needs were met while multitasking. The smile never left her face. She provided opportunities for excellent deals and upgrades as well, while keeping in mind the best interest of the customer and never pressuring anyone. I’ve always loved my phone service with Metro, but Sue’s excellent customer service was a major bonus! I would highly recommend going to this location for any needs with your phone !

Sue is great at providing assistance and support. She explains all options and is patient and helpful with her customers no matter how big or small the sale or problem is

My phone had gotten accidentally run over today at work and I was in a panic and went in to the store to buy a new one and Sue was very sympathetic to my needs and my despair and I could not remember my password and she did everything she could to help me. She's my hero! Thank you so much Sue, you're a rockstar🤩

Mansfield metro PC it's the best place to have a cell phone. This after my experience with the manager ( Susan)

Sue is amazing! She helped me out so well. I headed in, thinking that what I needed was going to backfire and I wasn’t going to get exactly what I needed at the prices I wanted but Sue made it all happen! Will definitely be going back to Sue for all my phone needs!

Sue is her name, making sure you can be accepted and given an amazing phone is her game. But seriously if you are like me. Fallen on hard times your credit is not so great, Sue is the best and she got all 4 of my family members phones and lines. Nice phones 3 apples and a Motorola for a great price and a great low amount out the door. She is amazing and a great soul. Go see her!! Thank so much Sue you are a godsend !!

My husband and I go to this specific store just to see Sue! She is always so kind and so happy doing her job! I never feel uncomfortable going there when she works and I have walked out extremely satisfied everytime! She suggested phones and accessories and didn’t try to SELL me.

The lady behind the counter absolutely rocked. She showed me how to save money I am going to cancel my tablet and save 15 a month and downgrade my plan to go to 55 a month. She showed me where my fingerprint sensor was and how to fix my cash app thing and how cheap phones are for upgrades. Also there a 30 dollar a month for people less fortunate. She deserves a raise

I have been a customer of Metro PCS of Mansfield for years. There is an employee by the name of Sue that works there. She is the best. Any questions concerns or issues with my phone she is always there to help and offer me the best advice and options. Thank you Metro and if you visit this location ask for Sue, you'll be glad you did. She will make you a customer for life.

The lady in store- she is amazing and customer friendly, I live far from this store and we have metro stores near to our home still I prefer to go to this store because of the lady and her customer friendlyness.

I had such a good experience with this location. One of their employees, Sara, was a breath of fresh air. I had gone to two different metro locations (Brockton and Stoughton) the day before that was beyond irritating. Sara was extremely helpful and should get a raise.

This store moved down next to the train station. I went in today (12/02/17) just before noon. The woman working provided the BEST customers service I have ever had at any metro!! I couldn't have been happier! Thank you!!

I only go to the Mansfield store. She is so helpful with everything and knowledgeable
