Ashe was fantastic! They provided a wonderful customer experience and was able to rectify some misinformation given to me by other reps at other stores. They are very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again with any questions or concerns. Great job!

I just switched from T-Mobile to AT&T and im quite satisfied with the change. Brysen was very helpful and informative in getting me switched. I recommend to go see him if your looking to get a new phone or switch lines.

Amber(C. I think?)helped us and she was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to get what we needed taken care of. She was sweet to my son who was obviously bored, and she carried a smile the whole time. Give this lady a raise!

Had a pleasant experience while traveling, needed a new phone and Ashe was the most pleasant clerk there that understood what I needed!

I don’t usually share reviews and such but I feel like the young lady I worked with was very sweet and welcoming, she was professional but made our interaction feel like I was talking to a friend and I feel like those mannerisms are great for an employee unless their customer sucks. This is counterproductive as I don’t recall getting her name but I should have because she was great. Thank you!

The rep was very nice and attentive. He was waiting to assist me as soon as I walked in. He answered all my problems and updated the phone to restore my apps. He also was able to add in my Military discounts that I was not originally getting. I am very thankful for all his assistance. 💯✅😆

Carlie was very attentive, let me know that there were several options of earbuds to choose from and brought several pairs out for me to look at.
