I had exceptional customer service from Nick during a visit with my son yesterday. With Nick's help we tried on many pairs of work shoes; however they didn't fit as well as a pair we had gotten a year and a half ago that was not in the store any more. Nick took the time to find the model # of the shoe, call another store to check on stock, and set them up to be shipped to us. Best customer service I've had in a long time--thank you!

Great selection for work wear shoes. And obviously all comfortable for walking. The staff here is very helpful as well. Must visit store

Let me say every time I go into this store the service is impeccable!! They are so friendly, helpful !! Today Chrissy was the manager I believe & I think her name was Erin absolutely two amazing employees helped me order the sneakers I wanted. Erin kept coming over and making sure I was set. Great customer service goes a long way !!

Nicholas assisted us and was awesome. Very professional and patient. Must've tried on 20 pairs of shoes but only bought two. Never grumbled, gave suggestions, used humor, and gave great customer. Will go back again.

I am very pleased with the store, I buy one sneakers and one shoes. The woman who help me ,was friendly the process went smooth. Also the shoes is very comfortable. I recommend skechers.

Yesterday we bought 5 pairs of shoes in the Wrentham, MA outlet store. We were assisted by Kyle & his associate who were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable & went above & beyond to find the shoe sizes we needed & assuring the appropriate discount & reward points were applied. We were so impressed & appreciative at the high level of service extended to us. Wonderful experience & highly recommend!!!

Got two pairs of comfortable boots. I'm on my feet all day and Skechers, most of the time, have something. This time it was a bonus. Limited staff but checkout was efficient.

Now the Skechers shop specific was good, they had a buy 2 and 50% off sale, but they would take the 50% off of the less expensive item, but still a good deal. Now I may do a review for the entire Outlet place, but I may not, stay tuned
