From the first day we decided we wanted to sell our condo and move to an apartment, Kelly was absolutely incredible. She answered any questions we had right away. Anytime we wanted to see a home she got us in as soon as she could, usually the same day. When it was time to sell she had all of the paperwork that we needed ready to go with a checklist for us. My fiancé and I bought our first home through Kelly last year as first time home buyers and even in the craziest market ever, she made our process so easy! She started working with us a couple of years in advance to make sure we were ready which helped us so much and helped with all of the anxiety. When we were finally ready, she was SO responsive, ready to go to bat for you and answer any questions whenever we had them no matter how big or small. She referred us to a wonderful lender who we loved just as much as her, and it was so convenient because they handled everything behind the scenes for us. She was our cheerleader, our therapists (lol), and always had our backs. We couldn’t be more thankful for Kelly and will absolutely be using her again when the time comes!
