10/10 Great experience. Had an appointment at 130 for front ceramic tint ($150 total both sides). Received a call within a few minutes asking to remove the factory tint and decals (50 total both sides). By 215 they were done. Quick, easy, cheap, no hassle. Also very friendly guy at the front desk and very professional installer took the time to double back and correct a small error he made (self disclosed). Absolutely recommend this small shop

Amber..you absolutely amazed me with your knowledge of remote starters. Mine wouldn’t work and it took you all of 10 minutes to reprogram my truck and get my remote control up and running again, I was impressed. I didn’t have to leave my truck to have it fixed..I thank you so much again Amber. What an asset you are to Boston Audio Design.😀

Customer service was awesome! My car was in and out in an hour and half for a full all around tint job. Car looks great, and the tint comes with a lifetime warranty! Couldn't be happier with the outcome. 10/10 would recommend.

They helped me Removed my starter so I could go to dealer for Air bag issue and reinstalled it after. Love my car starter. Also gave my son in law one for Xmas and I git it here. They are the best.

Recently had my car's windows tinted. All 5 windows and the 6 inches at the top of the windshield. Got a much better deal than what was advertised on their web site. They also qoute on their website that the job would take 2 hours for just the 5 windows. Everything was done within 30 minutes. They told me how to take care of the windows and now 3 weeks later I can say the windows came out perfect. I would definitely come back here for other vehicles. For tinting/audio)remote start.!!!

Went in to talk to John about the possibility of upgrading my 2015 SUV to Apple CarPlay. I love the vehicle, but the older integration tech was lacking. John took the time to look up the parts prices, explain the process, give me a quote, confirm that my car was setup as he was expecting, and it was a great experience. I haven't pulled the trigger on the installation, but I trust John to do the work when I do.

I bought a groupon for my windows to be tinted two years ago. Price was excellent. I bought it again now for my Ford Explorer’s driver and passenger side windows. While there I found out they do lettering for cars/trucks. I utilized their service for that as well. I was able to get everything done that I needed to do in one shop. While they worked on my car I ran to the registry to change my plates. I did in a couple hours what took me a day to do in the past. The manager was accommodating and provided excellent customer service throughout. He provided options and at no time did I feel I was being upsold, he simply provided options to assist me with a decision on how I would like to move forward. Second time there and definitely will be a repeat customer. Simply, thank you!

A+++ Service and Value! John took the time to understand my car stereo vision and budget and over-delivered on expectations. It's refreshing to work with experts who are focused on customer sat vs. making a quick buck. The job was done promptly, under budget and I couldn't be happier. I specifically had a car amp + sub installed.

After moving from another state with my car, I needed to get the tint on my car removed to abide by Mass. regulations. I called around but Boston Audio Design was one of the few places that could do it and also do it for a fraction of the price I was quotes at another place. They did it in 50 minutes and I was in and out of there on my lunch break.

I been coming here for about a year now for my car(s) to install speakers and let me tell you I thought that was some of the best service I have got. Until this year when I started to deal with Eileen and John. First of all Eileen is the best middle woman you could ask for always keeping me updated 100% throughout the process. John has been the man. He has taken care of my orders for custom T-Shirts and stickers and has sold me his business not by talking but by the work he has done and the service he has given me. I would 100% recommend Boston Audio Design for shirts, car installs, & custom stickers.

Great work installing my Sony XAV-AX7000 in my Jeep JK. They were very accommodating to my schedule and did a solid job with installation. Their knowledge on their products and general helpfulness made going there a great experience. Highly recommend.

#1 place on the South Shore/Boston area for tint, stereo and car accessories. I had my tint on my last car for 10 years and was still in the same condition as when they installed it (perfect tint that looked like it came straight from the factory). I'm on my second car and went right back to Boston Audio the day after I bought it!

I had my BMW 328xi and my BMW 528xi tinted, and they did a great job on both vehicles, and they take groupons. PLUS, I had a back-up camera installed on my 528xi kit from BimmerTech, even though I had to take my car back a few times to get it right. I want to commend the owners (John and Matt) on that they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They final got it to work correctly but with no fault of their own. GREAT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPER AS WELL. Thanks

Bought a radio and necessary parts from Best Buy. All I needed was installation but Best Buy was booked for over two months. No way I’m waiting that long. So I go to Boston Audio Design and explain to them what I’d like done. They were able to put my car in the garage within a half hour and had the job done within maybe an hour. They also discovered that Best Buy gave me the wrong DIN and immediately got out the correct one while advising me to return the former. The radio looks amazing in my car. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!!

I had my windows tinted in my '14 Sierra here. The price and customer service we're exceptional. Install was relatively quick. Roku TV in the (small) waiting area for anyone to use and people were extremely friendly. Highly recommended.
