Reasonable amount of parking. Office staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They were thorough with explaining paperwork so I knew what I was signing. They make sure they get a full picture of your history and symptoms before you see the doctor. They also checked my insurance TWICE to see if I was covered and we talked about my cost shares twice which was nice.

Love it here! Everyone is kind and understanding when explaining things! My allergies have gotten better and I can't wait to hopefully be almost 100% symptom free!

Doctors are super nice and helpful nurse is great too. The staff is always very rude at the front desk tho.... wich makes me a bit uncomfortable... other then that I like it there.

The practice is decent....Nurses are very nice. Dr. Vaida spends maybe 5 minutes with the patient for everything other than the initial visit.

Super rude front desk, except for Betty. Nurses are the nicest you could imagine. Dr. Vaida is kind and sincere. But your front desk needs a lot of work! I called to schedule my allergy shots and she said I can't do that. Pretty sure that's exactly one of their jobs!

If you have seasonal allergies, it’s probably a good place. I was referred by another doctor about some contact allergy situations. They don’t do contact allergy testing here. I also felt belittled and talked down to by the doctor. I’ve seen many allergists and dermatologists, and was surprised by his responses to my concerns and history.

I took my son here because he was starting to deal with some eczema and we were trying to find the reason. We did some allergy testing, but the doctor refused to test him for food because the doctor said that “foods do not trigger eczema”. After a year of using this steroid and having the eczema come back over and over I found a doctor that would test him for food and turns out he has quite a few sensitivities. Since being removed from his diet the eczema is completely gone. It’s too bad the doctor didn’t listen to me from the start. It would’ve saved us a lot of time and pain.

paid a $50 copay just for the doctor to talk to me for less than 5 min. More than half of the 5 min were talking about my school/extracurriculars. My mom wasn't allowed inside because of covid precautions, so she couldn't ask the doctor questions alongside me. When she asked the receptionists why we were made to pay $50 for me to walk in and out of the room in 5 min, the receptionist said "we should have specified beforehand that we wanted an in depth appointment and not just a consultation" and that I "should have been more prepared", PLEASE I was still a teenager then . Overall a very poorly thought-out office and basically a money making machine for new patients. giving one star because at least the doctor wasn't rude like the rest of the staff.
