Came in today after getting a phone quote from tia who was super helpful, I was greeted by my customer service rep Jessica. I don’t know where to begin. She stayed an hour and a half after normal hours if not a bit more to completely do up my policy, went over every charge in great detail, and made sure I understood why each charge was there. Professional staff that goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. I don't even have insurance with you, I just helped my boyfriend make some adjustments to his policy.
