We use Sullivan for home & auto and they're excellent.

Everything went great.

They came highly recommended and initial contact was positive. However, after discussing the needs of my business with Mark, I was ghosted. I sent multiple follow up messages asking for the quotes, and then asked him to let me know even if he was not able to move forward, and then gave him the courtesy of informing him that I was reaching out to him one final time. No response. If you choose to try to quote with Sullivan, I recommend quoting with other agencies as well. Sullivan’s practice of ghosting potential clients cost my business valuable time and money I could have been saving with a different insurance carrier. It has real consequences.

We have been customers of Sullivan Insurance for our automobiles and home for almost twenty years. We have repeatedly contacted them to discuss household insurance, which seemed unreasonably high. We have never received a response from them. Last year, we contacted them about reducing auto insurance as the pandemic had almost completely eliminated our use of one automobile and the other was greatly reduced too. No response.

Then, they cancelled our insurance after being late with payment. No notification, no friendly reminder.

We just signed up with a new insurance vendor and our household insurance dropped by $900 for the same level of coverage.
