Dr. Harrington was knowledgeable, respectful and thorough as he talked my daughter through the visit. He created a comfortable climate and treated us like we were the only patients of the day. I have no doubt that his last patient of the day feels the same way. I really appreciated how he explained what was happening and took the time to show my daughter the x-rays. Respect to children like that goes a long way.

Dr. Harrington was amazing my first visit he told me all the steps he had to take as he took care of my toe. Very kind and took his time. I will for sure be back anytime he is needed I felt so comfortable and usualy I am scared to go to see doctors.

I went to Dr. Ben Knabel for an ingrown toe nail. I thought my toe nail would be tough to remove but Dr. Ben finished removing it in less than 5 minutes with no pain at all. Dr. Ben is a very likable guy and is thorough with the procedure. Also nurse Joann is very sweet. Overall great experience!

I was a patient of Dr Harris over 30 years ago. I did exactly as I was instucted to and had great results. If you want best results follow directions. Im in NY now but remember Dr Harris, he took my pain away .

Dr. Harris is an excellent wound/foot specialist and surgeon!! My husband's foot quickly healed after this wizard took over his care. Two years + of wasted time suffering and "treating" with a lousy podiatrist and then WOW, the miracle of a doctor who listened to the patient.

I'm not sure why the reviews are bad. I've had a great experience over the last 2 years. Receptionists are friendly, great about returning calls. Dr. Knabel is truthful and upfront with expectations. I will continue to go here.

Broke my 5th metatarsal while out for a run. I was treated by Dr. Knabel for the foot and that healed just fine and on the timeline he predicted. But, where he went above and beyond was recognizing symptoms of a DVT blood clot in my calf which developed from immobility while in the cast/boot. This can be serious or life threatening. He called into the Sturdy emergency room right away and had them treat me within an hour.

Dr. Harris is terrible. My son had one ingrown toenail on only one side of his big toe. Dr. Harris chopped the nail so incredibly short after "fixing it" that the other side immediately began to go ingrown. He also used scare tactics, telling my son he was "prone" to ingrown nails when he never had one before. If you don't want your body damaged and then repeatedly farmed for money, go to Dr. Siegel in North Attleboro instead; that's where we went the 2nd time and he's way better.

Will not be back

The front desk person was very rude both over the phone and in person, she literally threw the clipboard at me for missing a few lines of my parents medical history, this is for a sore foot mind you!
After waiting months to see Dr. Harris they gave me Benjamin Knabel, who told me to call him "Dr. Ben". I did not wait months to see Dr, Ben....

SO Dr. Ben can't really find my problem but keeps trying to push off the shelf shoe inserts for 55 bucks each. Problem is 1 of my feet is aligned ned different than the other, so a one size fits all insert would make one foot worse if it made the other one better. The other problem is these same inserts are 30 bucks at the store and he was trying to sell me a pair for all my shoes. He then said he could make more money by doing unneeded surgery (WTH!). He wanted me to come back in a month, I guess to sell me more inserts, no thanks Dr. Ben.

Receptionist is extremely rude just as the other comments say.She talks to you like as if its your fault shes been at the same job for 25 years and youll hear that every time you call "ive worked here for 25 years".Then I went in to have a wart removed and dr ben said youll be all set no bleeding (only to leave bloody footprints everywhere...not cauterized correct) and 98% chance it stays away.Well guys you can only give it that % when you actually remove the whole thing! The wart was back before the others had even healed. When you call a dr to tell them the removal failed and that you still cant walk 2 month after the removal and they just tell you oh lets do an acid treatment that didnt work 2 other times.shouldve heeded my neighbor and husbands warning (both ex patients)

Office staff is so rude. Wonder if Dr. Harris knows how rude they are.... When I asked if I could leave a message with Dr. Harris, they said he wouldn't call me back.... hmmm. Very sad, this used to be a good office when his wife ran it.

when a dr says they will call your spouse after surgery to tell them how you made out, make that call.. rather than relying on the sedated patient to tell you how they made out.
