This is my favorite company! They have ALL of the product and capability of the more expensive place at fair prices. Jamie Lynn and her team are so knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. The world would be a better place if everyone treated customers like Anderson! We are absolutely loving our gas fireplace and would never go anywhere else for any fireplace needs. Thank you!

After having had no luck with another company nearby which recommended I replace my gas fireplace for $1300 your company was luckily recommended to me. You not only figured out that it was only the pilot light that needed replacing, but you also gave me a new remote. Total cost only 1/3 of the above. Fantastic job!

Anderson Fireplace was the original installer of my gas fireplace (and they did an excellent job with the installation). After 7 years it was time for service and the fireplace needed a new part. The office staff and service tech were excellent to deal with. The fireplace needed a new part, which was installed and the fireplace was working like new. I received a call informing me about the price of the part, which did seem a little high to me, and I questioned this. The owner of the company reached out, explained the company's business practices and approach, and offered to address my concern to my total satisfaction. I very much appreciate the concern of the office staff to bring this to the owner's attention, and the time is given to me by the owner. This is really first-class operation in every sense, and we need more businesses to operate this way. Thank you, Anderson!

I am so pleased with my entire experience of having my gas insert fireplace repaired! After being told by many local service people that it would be really hard and they would have to get back to me, I called Anderson and got an appointment within the week. Two servicemen showed up this morning and fixed it in just over an hour. They updated me with each step. They replaced a few parts, cleaned a few others, and supplied me with a better remote control. They left the area clean. They wore mask in the house (pandemic) as did I. I can not be happier with my experience! Thank you so much! Shout out to Alan and Michael for a great job.

We needed to repair or replace an existing gas fireplace. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She spent a lot of time finding appropriate options and getting prices across the spectrum. Ultimately, we decided to replace the 20 year old unit. Jamie’s attention to detail saved us when the installer found a plumbing stack and pipes behind our wall (a big surprise in an unusual location ) . It would have been a disaster had she not made sure to help us select units that were similar in dimension. The installer was on time, neat and friendly. I highly recommend Anderson fireplace if you are looking for a new gas fireplace.

I recently had a gas fireplace installed by this company and I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and services I received. Pat Ford came out to the house and did an initial assessment to figure out what my best option was for size and type of gas fireplace as well as how to vent it. Against Pat’s recommendation due to space limitations I decided on a two sided fireplace and they delivered it and were scheduled for install two days later. After deciding that it was not the best option and taking his recommendation I changed my mind and went with Pat’s initial idea (which was less money) they came and swapped out the unit no questions asked and installed it. I called them back again because of what I thought was a leak from the roof where it was vented and they came right out to take a look and found that it was not a leak it was just condensation around an adjacent pipe. Finally after the instal was complete I noticed the fireplace was off level by less than 1/2 an inch and they came out again to set it level. Pat was very responsive and every person that came to do the install was professional and neat! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a gas fireplace.

Wow,I wasn't expecting a showroom of this caliber. This was the most diverse fireplace application you could imagine.if you can't find the type to fit your home,then it doesn't exist.

This company installed a fireplace in my home. It now needs service. Several calls to the company lead to VM boxes which are full (cannot leave a message). Other departments, which could possibly help, offer no better outcome.

No response to questions And emails after quote. Found out quote was deceiving as it didn’t include labor. Would not recommend company as there something fishy going on. All I ask is simple replies which appears to be like pulling teeth with this company
