Hi Folks,

Before I begin my review, I just want to start by saying that Bristol Construction Corp is the absolute BEST. If you read nothing else in this review, just know that Tim(CEO) and everyone he works with are absolutely PHENOMENAL. We are so appreciative of all the support we received from them throughout our experience and are incredibly thankful that we had the opportunity to work with them.

With that said, let’s dive into it. In the fall of 2021, a massive tree fell in our backyard during a nor’easter, a mere 3 months after we purchased our first home. The tree destroyed our back deck, shattered multiple windows/slider doors and caused extensive damage to our roof and rear siding. As you can probably imagine, this was incredibly devastating for our family and we honestly didn’t know what to do. We called Bristol Construction Corp. the day after the storm and Tim immediately came out to our house to assess all of the damage. What perhaps impressed us the most is that Tim came out while we were at work and was both communicative and transparent about everything. When we eventually received funding from our insurance company, the insurance assessment shortchanged the extent of the damage caused by the tree (typical). We went back and forth with the company for months and made no progress. I reached out to Tim, who was patient throughout this experience, and asked for advice. He talked me through some next steps and with his guidance, we were finally able to get the insurance company to fund the repair work.

In total, going back and forth with our insurance company took almost a full calendar year from the date of the accident. Even without us having the funding readily available, Tim was responsive and fully present. As soon as we were able to get the funds, Tim and his team went into action, and we were finally able to enjoy our outdoor space. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. The efficiency with which Tim’s team worked was incredible. We were given the opportunity to make some design choices which we really appreciate. Perhaps most important of all, the team was communicative every step of the way. Everyone that worked on the project was incredibly personable and worked really hard to help restore our home. I will tell you right now, we are hoping to complete a few renovation projects in the future and will absolutely trust Tim and the team at Bristol Construction to get the job done. They are the best!

Tim and his team are extremely knowledgeable and talented. From a simple countertop, to installing LVLs, to complete residential and commercial remodels. I’ve been involved on multiple projects with Tim. He has expertise in multiple fields. Always a 5 star experience.

In October 2019, my house unfortunately had a major fire that ruined the front of my property (exterior and landscaping). This was the 1st time, as a home owner, that I had to deal with an emergency this big. As you can imagine, after an event like this, you get pulled in a million different directions and it’s uncomfortable not knowing which way to go. The first call I made was to Bristol Remodeling and Construction and I’ll be forever grateful. With their experience and knowledge, I was able to navigate the endless communication with the insurance agency along with getting a real numbers needed to fully evaluate the damage and cost of repair. Today’s date is December 30th, 2019 and my house is back to perfect condition. Having a team like Bristol Remodeling and Construction to assist you through any repair/improvement/new construction is the best decision you will ever make. They are the best in the business hands down.

Did a great job and very helpful and responsive

Well, disappointing performance from this company. Made an appointment to see them today at 3pm. Email confirmation received confirming this. No one pitches up so we call to find out what’s going on and “oh sorry, it’s not in our system” is the somewhat lame response. This despite us getting the email confirmation confirming the appointment. Am sure these guys are really good once they can galvanise themselves to get to the appointments they make.
