The UPS Store

I do a lot of Amazon returns and they’re patient with me if I have multiple returns. When I needed to ship a Mother’s Day present, I decided to go with UPS because the Pekin USPS rep made me cry (I was there to pick up family remains and she gave me a hard time and was not empathetic at all. I will never go there again), and UPS does a great job handling my Amazon returns. I had a great experience, and the pricing was reasonable to ship a fragile item to Texas and it got there fast. Thank you and I will continue to do business at your Pekin location! 😁 📦

The UPS store is an easy place to bring packages for return or shipping. I can be in and out in 30 seconds if I have a return that already has a label.

Meant to leave the review sooner, but over a year ago I had to return a shed - many, heavy boxes. It was nearing store closure time, but Justine not only helped me carry all of the boxes in, not only stayed open after the store closed, but was kind and friendly the whole time. I offered to leave a tip, but she stated to just leave a review instead. Great establishment, and I couldn't recommend more highly.

Always polite and courteous and very Friendly. They take care of all of my shipping and Business needs. Have made several of my business cards on short notice and they do an exceptional Job! Highly recommend.

Re using an old Amazon box to ship out was a breeze. The cashier was helpful courteous and witty. Overall made for a great shipping experience. Thanks Don!

The customer assistance is always great

I had ordered some items that needed to be returned (several occasions) and received an email with instructions to take to ups store for the return. Not having done this before, I went to the store. They walked me through the process and took care of everything. Totally painless and I was pleased to see all the additional services they can provide. Great job, with excellent staff.

I always have a very nice experience while I go to the UPS store they're always quick polite and very helpful. I've never had a problem there and I go there frequently. And I thank them for their kindness and there promptness.

Gave me estimate @ $175.00.
I agreed but they only charge me $132.00.
Most other establishment would have charged what I signed for but not this Store.
Will definitely get repeat business from my establishment.

Kind of costly for over seas shipping but we'll worth it. ship a gift to the Philippines and a rival was perfect no damage and even 2 days early. Thanks for the great services.
