Neponset River Reservation

Beautiful trail approximately three miles. Great for running, biking, walking, roller skating, etc.

There are some nice parks along the trail to stop at in addition to villages just off the trail providing restaurants, stores, etc.

I absolutely love this place. I walked my dog here on the regular. It's always very clean, and DCR does a wonderful job of keeping it that way.I appreciate everyone that pitches in to preserve this place. I do wonder if it's worth casting A-line under that river and seeing what I couldn't pull out. I'm not too sure though if it's fish that migrate up through there or not. There's been a boat underneath the 93 bridge for a while now. I'll add a photo of that. There is also a water feature in the center of the park for children to play on hot days. There are also several water fountains available and they are actually well designed with 3 separate tiers, one for Adults, one for children, and a lower one for dogs! How smart. 🤔

Once again this is another place to put on your bucket list. They have so much to offer you hiking, picnic areas for the family and more. It is peaceful and relaxing while enjoying your time with nature. You were see birds and more. Take your family for a day of fun. Or maybe just need a little time to relax?

This is a great resource.
We are looking forward to the cleanup later this month.
It appears that as the park and walk gets dirtier with trash, people stop picking up after their pets.

This place is beautiful. All the wildlife was great to see. There were ducks, geese and a swan family.

Nice big open space on the river with access to the bike trail. Walking path, benches, plenty of room to spread out. Summer movies and family events. Free parking

This is a beautiful nature reservation and walking path! I love how it is easily accessible and connects to other walking paths like the beginning of the Harborwalk! I have been walking here for years and it's lovely. Nice views of the Neponset River and how it leads to other water ways with beautiful scenery and you can start to see the rest of Boston! My one suggestion would be to add two public unisex restrooms and remove the porter potty ones. I have seen other walking paths some smaller that have restrooms. Otherwise this is a nice path to walk during the day when the weather permits!

I enjoy walking here every morning, or before the sun sets. My dog also loves it here, she gets to meet other dogs and has lots of fun sniffing everything. Highly recommend coming here often.

Love taking the kids and my dog for a walk here and also biking. The trail is very well maintened. The highway is a little distraction at some part but overall very good place.

The family had a beautiful time. Riding bikes, walking the dog.. Its very dog friendly met a few doggos along the way. Would definitely recommend for a family outing/picnic.

I love it here! Mayor Wu should fix the sprinkler park but you can use the sprinklers,
Walk and bike. Good for all ages!
