I have had the best experience when it comes to Dr. Williams. She keeps it real and gives you a solid plan to prioritize your health, first!
If you want a doctor that will give you the facts and reality of a situation. Dr. William's is the doctor to go to.

I see people grousing here about Dr. Williams, and how long they had to wait, and how she appears insensitive at times. I won't dispute that there is a wait sometimes, and there may be room for improvement there, but what doctor doesn't make you wait? Also, to be fair, too many patients "save up" a bunch of issues to discuss at one visit, and this is what often results in doctors falling behind in their schedules. As for her skills and bedside manner as a doctor, I find her to be knowledgeable and direct. She is straight forward, efficient, and to the point about what you have to do to get better. She is not going to sugar coat things. That may not sit well with people who may need some hand holding, or who may not want to take personal responsibility for the lifestyle changes they need to make to get better, and expect the doctor to find some miraculous quick and easy cure for their problem. However I for one, very much appreciate her no nonsense approach. If you want sympathy, go elsewhere. If you want to know what you are going to have to do to get better, Dr. Williams may very well tell you things you don't want to hear or accept, but it will be accurate advice, and proper treatment.

I’ve left multiple complaints with supervisors, but this lady doesn’t deserve the money advocate is giving her. She should go to a clinic called neglect vs advocate. If you schedule an appointment with her, be ready to wait about an hour in the waiting room… Not just one time but every single time. Thinking about a virtual visit? She’ll do the same thing. I asked to have my prescription filled, it took her three days and over 10 requests. There is no excuse for any of this by her or her team. They also see the messages, my medication could’ve been filled and we could’ve just kept going on with our day. Patient neglect is real with her, she doesn’t deserve 1 star

I went to the doctor with concerns about my health I had a piece of paper that I needed her to fill out as well. She has to be one of the worst doctors if not the worst doctor I have ever encountered. She was very rude and dismissive she didn’t care to ask any questions. She seemed bothered and rushed the entire process. I will never see her again.

I was experiencing stomach pains, called Advocate for an emergency visit the next day with Dr Donna. Not to be rude, but she seems dismissive and rushed. She didn’t refer me to any specialist, didn’t order me to the lab or anything. She said i needed to go to the ER. Waste of time. I was thinking of making her my primary care doctor but not any more. Not sympathetic or helpful.

I have been completely underwhelmed by Dr. Williams. Based on her experience in the medical field, my hope was she would be the type of doctor I was looking for.....one who I could develop a partnership with as I entered my 60's. I've recently made the decision to change doctors more generally related to a specific experience vs. overall with Donna Williams. This specific experience was related to multiple requests I made regarding HER opinion on the the effectiveness of my T-cell immunity demonstrated by a continuous 24 month history of positive antibody tests results for COVID vs. an additional booster for the vaccine. After several unsuccessful attempts to obtain objective guidance from Donna through communication via the patient portal, my questions were ultimately met with a response by Donna Williams to go to the CDC website for more information. That was an unfortunate response and the last straw for me....why do I need Donna Williams as a physician when there's a CDC website? Incidentally, my husband was able to obtain an objective and educated opinion from his physician of the same question vs a referral to the CDC website. I was mostly disappointed in Donna's approach to my question because the CDC has been proven inaccurate and unreliable in many issues related to COVID, vaccines, masks, etc. Was Donna Williams limited to provide the support I needed because of liability or fear of losing her job? Perhaps........which lead me to the reason for changing doctors....... Donna Williams seems to be OK with the basic stuff; if you're looking for a doctor who can think outside that box, look elsewhere.

She’s a great physician, but to know that your patient has been in an accident and to wait until they get into the office to REQUIRE an follow up visit copay be $161.00 is INSANE. I have NEVER seen a PCP copay be above $45, I know inflation is real. But this is too much, I had my kids and myself going to see her. Trust we will never step foot in any office of hers with that type of greedy mentality.

I had similar experience as the other reviewers. Just never had such a horrible experience with a doctor as I did with her. I too had to go to her because Dr. Shah unavailable. She gave me a diagnosis before she ever saw me or examined me.
I agree with others that she should be dismissed or reprimanded.

My experience with Dr. Williams was horrible. It was my first visit with her, my primary doctor is Dr. Shah and I love him but he was busy for the day, so I had to see Dr. Williams.

I waited an hour in the waiting room before I was walked to the room. When Williams walked in the room she had a very rude demeanor. She barley checked me. It seemed she did not care at all to any of my symptoms. In fact after I described to her how I was feeling.

She asks me “so what do you think you have the flu or a cold”

I’m not the doctor here, you are! The whole thing took about 5 mins and she left. She didn’t ask if I had questions or concerns. Overall, she did not care.

She needs to be fired. A doctor should not act the way she did.

Worst doctor ever. If I can rate her a -100 I would.

I was extremely unhappy with the service I received. I was seen almost an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment and only saw the doctor for about 15 minutes. While the doctor was seeing me I felt completely disrespected. I felt like I was not listened to at all and in fact she cut me off while I was explaining my problem. A extremely short exam was done and then she walked out without giving me any follow up instructions. I was so upset I was in tears and all she did was hand me a tissue and continue to ignore my complaints of constant pain. I would not recommend her to anyone I know due to her lack of compassion and empathy for patients as well as lack of concern for a resolution to the problem.

Dr Williams is horrible and doesn't know how to speak to patients. She doesn't listen and is more focused on getting you out of the door. I came for a hospital follow up and she told me it was all in my mind and that people live everyday with lupus just fine. Horrible!!
