They give you the attention you can only receive from a local agent. They were a big help registering a car I bought in a private sale from an out of state buyer. My agent prepared the form, explained the process to me, and I used their runner instead of having to go to the RMV myself. Whenever I have random insurance questions I can call them and get the help I need. They were really helpful in filing a PIP claim after I was injured while riding on an MBTA bus.
