Spoke with Lou several times over the phone regarding what radio I was thinking of buying. Lou is extremely knowledgeable about the subject and takes the time to talk with you. Got to his shop and he had my President Mckinley ready for me, all set to go. You don't actually go into his shop, he does the transaction by the door. Very understandable in these times. I thoroughly did my homework before going here. Radios, antennas, service, professional guy. Glad I chose to go here!

I have dealt with Lou's Electronics for that past 8 years or so. Every time is a good experience. He knows his radios and electronics far beyond anyone else I have ever dealt with in the field. Prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend either stopping in his shop or talking to him on the phone and working out a shipment plan to get a radio fixed or repaired or to even purchase a new radio directly from him. I live 2 hours away and will go to no other for this type of service it is worth the drive for me.
