From start to finish, the whole experience of purchasing our new Sylvan was amazing. Our great salesman, Kash, was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and the sale was seamless. We never felt pressured or rushed.
Josh, the delivery guy was on time and very personable. Took his time walking us through all of the features of the boat.

I worked with Levi and all I can say is I was impressed with the service and quality of response time I would get while waiting to get my boat. I live in Wisconsin and passed on getting a boat 40 minutes from home because I would have to wait until August to get it on the water. After searching I found Premier Boating online and make the 5.5 hour drive. Everything was smooth from beginning to end with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. Very happy with our boat and the way we were treated. Drove it home and had it on the water within 12 hours of picking it up.

Levi was excellent. He worked with me to find just the right boat. Beautiful used pontoon. Johnny the captain gave me an on the water orientation. Levi was great at outfitting the pontoon as requested. He also made valuable recommendations.

This company is excellent in all areas! It was my first purchase of a pontoon boat so I was really new to this. I wound up purchasing a Sylvan Mirage 8520 CRS outfitted with a 90HP Mercury Engine. The boat performed much higher than I had expected. It handles waves beautifully and smooth and it felt solid as a rock. The engine is extremely smooth and quiet and starts instantly. The overall quality of the boat also gets a 5 star rating.
I worked with their salesperson Kash during the whole process. He is extremely friendly and most of all, HONEST! He NEVER pressured me into buying anything! He listened to what I was looking for and showed me several different options in sizes and packages. Then we narrowed it down to a couple of different options and he let ME determine what was best for me. I asked him several questions and his opinions about several different things and he genuinly and honesty answered them all. He really looked out for MY best interest and that was important to me.
The company made my whole purchase process very simple and seamless. They did all the work from start to finish. I couldn't believe how easy they made everything. Their follow-up is also excellent. They made sure I was happy with my purchase and that they were there for anything I needed. They are always there for you Post Purchase which is very important when making investments like these. Ben and the entire premier team always go above and beyond. Ben most recently helped fix an issue that happened late on a Friday. My boat was not usable for the weekend, and I had my entire family coming for my daughter’s birthday. Ben changed his Saturday morning plans to be hours away from home to successfully fix our issue at 9am. So thankful that we purchased a great boat from Premier, but more importantly we picked the right family-owned dealer to work with.

We had an awesome experience with Chase and Premier Boating. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We were looking for a used boat, and one came up that was exactly what we were looking for. I called in the morning, did a sea trial that afternoon, and had an offer accepted that evening. The boat was detailed, everything was run through and tested, and they even filled it up with gas. We highly recommend this dealership and Chase.

We purchased a Premier tritoon from Premier Boating. The boat was slightly used (11 Hours). The pontoon is incredible. Chase assisted us every step of the way. Showed us every feature and then they took it to the water and we did a test drive. I had an existing trailer that they retrofitted to fit this pontoon, which included a switch of the middle bunk. They did all of this at NO CHARGE. We had a slight problem with the stereo and they came to Grand Haven and fixed it. I would buy a boat from them again in a heartbeat!
