New Buffalo Beach

It’s a really nice beach to go to. It has a parking lot to park in. It has a park for the kids and the beach is really big it has clean sand too. Near the parking lot there is a kind wooden staircase to the top and you can get a really good view from up there. You can also bring boats there. I had a very fun time. We had lunch there we made a little picnic and we drank tea in front of the ocean. It was a very nice view I loved it .

Brilliant! Breathtaking! Such an incredible find and so close to our cities in Chicago!! We love this beach and will back for more soon enough!! The weather was incredible, the food stand had everything we could've asked for and we felt like the Jaws movie scenery and beauty of Martha's Vineyard was right in front of us not too far from home in Michigan!! Such a wonderful adventure and we came back in the morning and stayed overnight just to get the MOST out of it!!!

I must say this is one of the best beaches of Lake Michigan . They have shower place & washroom . Clean beach with scenic beauty , plenty of parking spot . They city itself is pretty too .

Small, but very nice. I come here often to watch the sunsets.The parking lot is a little small so you may have to park a couple of blocks away and walk. There are stairs to the top of a small dune for people who don't want to walk up sand as well. Add this to your favorites list!

Healing place and a nice desti to go on a one day trip from Chicago. Parking is around $20 but worth it. Arrive early to get parking as it can be limited. We went weekdays and parking was easy. They have a restrooms (make sure to bring wipes as it can be dirty inside). They don't have showers inside the restroom only two showers outside to clean up sand. They offer food (hotdogs, nachos, etc) and beverages. Playground is available for little kiddos. Swimming is very worth it.

Very beautiful place to go in the summer ! From San Diego & it seemed like little San Diego perfect weather. Very nice area to walk around the shops and the beach right across. Lots of parking, but you have to pay on the beach parking. They have big kids play grounds

This was our first time to New Buffalo and the Lake Michigan beaches. We took a weekend trip for Father’s Day.

The city of New Buffalo has done a great job keeping the beach clean and providing a nice area for folks to enjoy the sand and water.

The parking lot is pretty large but after 10am it can get hard to find a spot. It’s a paid lot and is $7 or so for 3 hours.

The sand is VERY hot to the feet in the middle of the day so have shoes ready if needed.

The water is clear and the beach is very wide. It feels safe knowing there are lifeguards and city police monitoring.

Gorgeous views and a great place to unwind from the hard work week. Do yourself a favor and come here to unwind. Cool boats to see coming on and out of the lake, bathrooms, playground for the kiddos and plenty of restaurants nearby to visit after a day at the beach.

A really relaxing beach. The white sand and beautiful shoreline make this an amazing place to visit if you're ever in the area. My favorite is arriving at sunrise when it's quiet and just the birds are exploring the area. If you live in Indianapolis it just a 2-3 drive to this scenic spot.

Beautiful beach. Paid parking is $7.50 for 3 hours. There are food vendors although all were closed on the Sunday evening that we visited. Sand is clean and coast line is beautiful. Kids can also walk the sidewalk that goes by the marina where they can see yatchs and sailboats.

I just stopped here on my way from Chicago to Kalamazoo, MI. It is a beautiful city with a beautiful beach. I recommend to visit here in the summer. It's gonna be so cold in the fall and winter. It's too windy here.

Beach in a cute small town to relax, unwind and hangout. Cute boats that people drive out. The beach was clean when I visited. Parking is like $7.50 and very limited later the day! My friends and I are not beach people so we just had picnic and hung out. I wish there was more things to do and see than just a beach.

Lovely beach. There are a few benches to sit but you should bring a beach towel or some chairs to sit here. We went in early June so the water was freezing. Otherwise it’s great for some instagram pictures and getting some exercise walking in the sand. There is a small playground for kids closer to the parking lot and a food place but we didn’t try it as it was closing.

I go here for my birthday Oct 20th and just walk on the beach . ⛱ I love it 😀 😍 ❤

Great beach. Nice sand, cute little town with good options for shopping, eating/ice cream. Restaurants and parking got busy in the afternoon, but it was a nice day at the end of summer break.

Very nice to walk around and look at the beautiful lake.

Small beach , it's great for watching sunsets just get there in time to find a spot to park.
