I have followed Dr Gebhard from her Seekonk/Canton office to her new office in Plainville. I have found her to be personable, caring and patient. Now that she has a young family of her won she has changed to this Plainville office and is working one less day a week and some partial days.
Another reviewer mentioned having issues with times for which messages can be left, answering service dissatisfaction or appointment changes or cancellations made by the doctor.... these things happen in any medical office, you just have to accept them or find a doctor that meets all of your unique needs.

Dr Nolan was very accurate with her diagnosis of TMJ, causing pain and discomfort in my left ear. Advil and soft foods were recommended. I googled issues dealing with TMJ and was surprised by the results! Thank You Dr Nolan!

Great staff and doctors, i use to go toTristan where the staff are rude, the never ever update you with results, in other words I am very happy with my choice of switching to Planville.

I miss the old building where you were not dealing with a call center to get ahold of your Dr. Otherwise I still love my doctor. It just no longer has the family feel

I love my doctor the nurses etc. but the women behind the front desk all need attitude checks. You’re dealing with sick people and patients going through stuff and they are so miserable and rude, and extremely short with you. And that includes both in person and always over the phone. I’m honestly getting quite sick of it because I love my doctor but don’t want to deal with this everytime I call.

Ive been going to this practice for over 25 years. My entire family went to this practice seeing Dr Pleasants who was amazing! Since Dr Pleasants left, I have been switched to a few different Drs. I recently have been seeing Pam a NP which I thought was great at first visit. My issue is with the practice itself. They removed me as a patient stating I had 3 no shows when in fact I would cancel through their appt text confirmations which give the option of confirming or canceling. After speaking to someone at the office as I of course was extremely frustrated, I received a letter stating I could schedule with Pam in the future. Well, I tried to do that and was told I’m no longer a patient… I wanted a referral to a Cardiologist. The office manager is off for a week so I would have to wait to see if I could be seen or get this referral! How shameful! Since when do patients … long time patients at that get turned away for care because of a no show (that isn’t even correct!) I can’t count how many times I’ve visited the office and waited an hour past my appt to see the Dr or they call the day before to cancel! Not to mention the hour you have to wait on the phone to even SPEAK to someone because you’re #17 in queue! How hypocritical! Of course they don’t have the last letter they sent me stating I could still see my provider. How convenient. This is disgraceful. This practice use to care about their patients … now, not so much & it shows.

Based solely on desk staff. Likely the most miserable women I’ve met, and they are rude and have personalities that are less than desirable in a public setting like this. After years of feeling this way, I’m posting after getting off the phone with someone whose attitude could use a check. I love Dr. Gebhard, and she’s been very kind and caring to me, and I believe she is really decent at what she does. I just wish they’d clean house behind those desks and get some smiles back there.

Hours are very limited. Can't leave a message for doctor unless office is open. Change appointments without explaining why. Answering service only for "emergencies," but don't explain what exactly defines an emergency.

Front desk staff always sounds like your bothering them and you don't want to call. And can't leave a message unless they're open could say more but is useless
