I have received nothing but exceptional care from this office. Everyone has been extremely helpful from check-in to MA to provider and check out. Their follow-up and follow through is great as well. Questions and concerns are answered or responded to quickly.

Dr. Moon is a fantastic Doctor. He is so compassionate with my husband and I. The wait time is so minimal which is awesome. Anytime we call and one of us need to be seen the staff is so friendly and fit us right in. The nurses are fantastic couldn't ask for more caring nurses. All the staff that we have dealt with thru the years have been great. We are so Blessed to be a patient of Alma Family Practice.

The staff is all great here. The wait to be seen is always minimal compared to any other physician I have been to, yet I don't feel rushed during my appointments. The nurses are very compassionate as well as the physician. I have only good things to say!

The entire organization is patient centered and very professional. Dr Strom is very knowledgeable, caring and spends the time with patients until their questions are answered. Dr Strom also addresses and looks into potential issues that you have not even thought of. An outstanding physician. Alma (MI) is so fortunate to have him in the community.

I have a chronic stomach issue and they get me in for nurse visits very quickly when I am sick. (so thankful). Evening hours are so nice! They always know who I am before I say my name. They work with you on everything and always try to help. I love going here and will continue for years to come. So many great people here!

I moved out of the area close to thirty years ago and could have switched to a doctors office closer to me but I did not want to lose the level of care I have always received from the doctors AND the staff at this office.

Dr Strom as doctor is awesome caring Dr. And does it well. Have been there for 13 yrs. And his staff from office to nurses are the best.

Alma family practice has truly grown into what a PCP clinic should be. Dr. Strom is truly caring, listens and is honest with you. He and his staff are doing an excellent job managing all of my specialty doctors and helping me to manage my health. They have a doctor on call every evening. They have late hours on certain days. They really try to get you seen instead of going to a urgent care or ER if possible. They have x-ray and lab onsite. Dr. Strom is a D.O. so he can perform manipulations of the body to help with back pain and such. He has even removed my son's in grown toe nail, which I thought he would have to go to a foot doctor for. I am a health care professional so I have high standards and they are doing a fabulous job.
