Very helpful Employees here, I've come in several times to buy paint and they are so friendly and helpful!! Hardware stores can tend to be a little intimidating for a lady to shop at, being a men's domain, but I felt very comfortable because of the friendly workers. I love that they carry Magnolia brand paint, it's the best!! 😍👌🏽

It cost the same price here to have a person cut me two keys as it did to have a machine cut me one key at Wal-Mart down the road! Plus they have some great deals and awesome tools here!!

Very helpful. One thing I noticed was that some items cost more than the shelf price posted. Guess that is to be expected with the sudden increase of inflation. Please try to update your shelve pricing. Those of us on a fixed budget get a shock at the register when an increase is not expected.

Saved me big time! Was in town dropping our daughter off at Alma College, heat shield bolts broke off on the back end. They barrowed me a wrench to go along with a couple bolts & nuts. Can't thank you guys enough!

Everybody I have dealt with there is friendly. Prices can be a little high on some things. Which is to be expected. Pretty good selection, some uncommon hardware that's hard to find anywhere but online, they might have it. Plus, donuts... need I say more?

Didn't really have the clamps we were looking for but the gentleman who asked if we needed help went out of his way to try and find something we could use. Unfortunately they didn't have anything but I want to thank the gentleman for his assistance!!!

Ace is a family owned store with incredible friendly owners, and is managed by James-Cowboy. Ace in Alma has some of the best customer service around! They have a variety of products for all to enjoy with excellent prices!

The staff here was friendly patient and help me find exactly what I was looking for and didn't give up until we found it there's a couple things we didn't find but they had excellent alternatives and ideas

I only go to this store because of the manjor Cowboy. He is the hardest working employee and the best asset this company has to offer. Thank you for everything and all your hard work sir.
