AT&T Store

This store is very clean compared to in the past. Nick was a fantastic help with my account. He helped me save a lot of money, and got new phones! You can’t beat that.

Customer service was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable staff and the store is very clean and smells good!

Never in my life have I seen such a formidable display of exemplary customer service as I had today. The worker there, Nick, displays levels of professionalism like no other and I just thought I would try to get him recognized. The way he addressed me as disgruntled as I was was truly amazing. I don't even live in town, just stopped by to get my questions answered about my service. But for now on I will be driving to the Alma location just to get Nicks service. Wonderful job

Great service switching from another carrier. Both Kayla and Nick are very knowledgeable and were very helpful in getting the best plan arrangement sorted out. I especially appreciate the support in getting the two lines belonging to family members out of state switched over with minimal confusion. Thank you!

I went and traded in my phone and all I want to say is that the customer service was great!!! I forgot the name of the one who helped me but he was very nice and helpful. All the staff are great!

Got help from a great young lady named Kayla, she helped me get a new phone and his plan for less then my old one after boost locked my phone up and turned off my data after being paid a week before. Without her I wouldn't have a great new upgrade and great plan without her help and advice. Thank you again Kayla!

I had a small technical difficulty with my phone so I figured I'd come in. I met Kayla and she did an awesome job. It was very simple but I'm glad she was able to help me get it sorted out

I was having issues with my phone charger and it was wonderfully taken care of by Kayla. She set me up with a new wireless charger and I can also use the cord it comes with to charge my phone if I need to as well. I tried it out in store and it already charges my phone faster than before

Nick was very informative and helpful alongside the rest of the staff. Great music playing in the store as well!

Had a wonderful experience with Kaye while upgrading my iPhone from a 7 to a 13. I was so worried about updating it and she made it painless and switched over all my info. I recommend coming here to update your phone!

Alex and AJ are the best sales representatives! I was anxious about moving my services to AT&T. I was with my previous carrier for years. They helded me save 250$ monthly on my five lines. They moved all the data on all phones, added screen savers, cases and insurance. Little out of pocket expenses and helped me find a family plan that was affordable. Best experience and 💯customer services.

I came in to transfer my phone from verizon they saved me quite a bit of money and were super helpful AJ saved me money and got me hooked up with a new phone. These guys are helpful and polite as well as prifessional

Went in today to get a new phone and ask about separating my line from my family plan and what that price difference would be. I received great service from Christopher. He was patient and very knowledgeable about Samsung devices and even helped me transfer all my data from my old phone to the new one. Thanks Christopher!!
