Walmart Supercenter

This is a great Wal-Mart! I've had multiple associates help me and answer any questions, from guns to grocery pick up! Keep up the good work Wal-Mart staff.

They try to keep the registers moving when it gets busy. The self checkout has improved greatly. Rarely do I need assistance from an associate.

We frequent this Walmart a lot for regular shopping. We went for groceries tonight, but also had to visit the electronics department to find my daughter a pair of headphones with a microphone for school. We looked in the case, but didn’t know what we needed. I dreaded asking for help, as usually it can’t be found. But Jacob was behind the counter already helping another customer. As soon as the other customer left he was immediately attentive and didn’t hesitate at all to lead me over to the case and help us find what we needed. He opened several cases, looked at the headphones with us and even went over his radio to ask another associate if she knew if they had what we were looking for. Right after that, he ended up finding a set, one I hadn’t even looked at. He was so nice, quick and helpful. I know some may say, “well, that is how employers are supposed to be.” But we all know, this isn’t always the case. So Jacob should be commended and noticed for his hard work and attentiveness. Oxford Walmart, you have a great employee there. Jacob, you clearly care for your job and do a good job at it. Thank you!

I stopped by this location because I forgot an item at my house in Southern Maine. I found the parking lot free of clutter and recently paved. The store was clean with its shelves dust free and clean. I was asked if I needed assistance by an associate who was making eye contact and smiling as they acknowledged me. Today, I had a good experience shopping at this location!

Carrie in electronics was extremely helpful. I really appreciate her help. She was friendly and went out of her way to solve our problem.

Good place to all in one shop with the general merchandise on one side and the market on the other, The staff is good and prices are OK with the current market rate.

Carrie in the entertainment section is absolutely fantastic 💞 I was having some issues with my phone and she didn't rest until it was fixed!! Thanks a bunch Carrie!🤩

Always clean, curtious, helpful but not enough people available on the floor and registers.

It's nice to see very familiar faces, which tells me there's little turnover and a more community place to work. Paving the parking lot is a nice improvement. I do notice some difference in pricing between Hannaford and Walmart which seems to be in produce and meat. In general I like the store. Unfortunately I noticed in the hardware section there are fewer and fewer selections and I have a feeling online shopping has taken over that area.

What I like the most about this Walmart is the discount area, great prices! This particular Walmart also has a good automotive center, you can get your oil changed while you shop, no need to make an appointment. Very convenient.

Perfect store for all your needs. Good price on groceries.

Large retail location in Oxford, ME. We were able to grocery shop, buy some bathing suits and shorts for my husband, stock up on RX items and alcohol. They had everything we were looking for and anything for a whim.

I just want management to know that my cashier today was a wonderful, friendly caring person. Her name is Kathy. Being in Retail in my past I know people only call or write to complain. I wanted Kathy to know she’s appreciated in a profession where people are usually less than kind to people in hospitality.

They had a great selection of camping supplies and were conveniently located only a few miles from where I was camping.

The woman who answers the phones, I think her name is Sandy is one of the most wonderful people I've ever met. If I don't get connected to the right department or they don't answer she picks back up. Truely amazing

Walmart is the perfect store to find anything you need!

The associates are friendly and helpful and the store is organized well so items are easy to find at great prices.

This is a great Walmart - clean, organized, neat, variety of selections, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Better than other Walmarts I have been in. The garden shop is one of my favorite areas for healthy, diverse and affordable plants and equipment. One drawback of the times - not as many furnishings as before.
