Hannaford Pharmacy

Happy to be able to give an update on my review and give Hannaford Pharmacy 5-stars for their improved service! Their drive-up window is very handy and efficient. Also, there is apparently a new procedure for processing prescriptions and they seem to be able to fill them more quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend their prescription service now.

After switching jobs and insurances my maintenance migraine injection was over $450 out of pocket for me. After I spoke with my benefits admin and the drug company to see what could be done, Matt at Oxford Pharmacy went above and made phone calls on my behalf to get everything updated so that what was over $450 is now $0 out of my pocket. Matt is the real MVP!

The workers at the pharmacy are great they work with u to make sure u get ur meds asap

All staff working hard to deliver excellent customer service they went above and beyond to help me get my correct medication

They are nice people working very helpful. The rating is so low because of people complaining about the pharmacy

OK, most people are BPMing about the pharmacy, this is primarily a grocery store, so be real, no place is perfect, but Hannafords is heads above others!

Update: EVEN WORSE
I'm here just 2 days after issues with my last perscription, and the next one is once again not available. YOU PUT ME AT RISK FOR RELAPSE BY NOT HAVING MY MEDICATION READY WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUSNISSE EDIQUET AND IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. GOOD BY AND HOPE YOU DONT MISS MY MONEY TOO BAD.

They send texts telling my my perscription is ready and litterally nothing is ready or complete. Wasted my time and energy, on top of making me wait. Deirdre is their only good employee.
