Harborwalk Apartments

I moved here in March and I am living my best life!!! I love it here! The amenities by themselves are worth every penny, but wait, there’s so much more!!! The staff is like family, they go the extra mile on everything they do for us. They have activities going on all the time and provide all the Goodies!! And I have to say, I’ve never felt safer than living here, the security is amazing. If only I had enough time to enjoy All The Things!! I’m working on it though. Thank you for letting me be part of this amazing group.

Hi! Over a year ago we opted for an easier way of life after owning a home here in Plymouth for over 40 years! We searched for a new community to call home beginning in Boston and along the south shore. To our delight we found Harborwalk Apartments here in the quaint North Plymouth neighborhood. The management team is fantastic! They are very responsive to requests and communicate frequently to the residents. The public areas are very clean and well appointed. They offer many social activities if you choose to participate and encourage suggestions for new events. You can’t beat the location! There are several restaurants in walking distance that offer discounts to residents. We have a beach bar, a biking and walking trail to downtown Plymouth along the ocean. Oh- and then you have a beach, kayaking AND the pool!! I could go on and on but needless to say we love it here!! It feels like we are on vacation 👍

After living at Harborwalk for a year I can honestly say it has been my best apartment community experience ever! The apartments are gorgeous and the buildings and surroundings are immaculate. The amenities are amazing: pool with ocean view, grilles, fire pits, outdoor lounging areas, rooftop deck overlooking the ocean, state-of-the-art gym and spin/yoga studio, aesthetically pleasing and well equipped community rooms, relaxing sanctuary, a sharing library, scooters, bikes and kayaks available for free, walking/biking trails (leading all the way to Plymouth downtown/harbor), a great beach area, a dog park, and more! Deana, Becky and Matt are such a wonderful management team; each is super friendly, accommodating, caring and helpful. And I enjoy bumping into the maintenance team as they are also friendly and courteous, and any time I've had a maintenance request they are very attentive. The entire staff set a vibe that carries throughout the community as all of our residents are also very friendly and courteous. There are many fun (very fun!) community events each month and as Harborwalk residents we even receive benefits at many local businesses. (How cool is that?!) And the location can't be beat; several great restaurants and breweries within walking distance, including the Three V Sandbar which is super fun during the summer months; and Harborwalk is close to the North Plymouth storefront area, Colony Place shopping area, downtown Plymouth/Plymouth Harbor, and Rte. 3. Harborwalk has everything I want for a living experience, I feel spoiled.

My husband, dog, and I moved to Harborwalk in June after living in NH for over 40 years. We love it here! Our space is lovely, the building and grounds are very well maintained, and the amenities are incredible! I love that we are so close to the water and Cordage Park is very cool. We are near the wonderful restaurants and shops in Plymouth which is a huge plus! We are also quite close to the public library, movie theaters, and outdoor malls if you like that.

I want to acknowledge the amazing the maintenance crew! Giuseppe, Carmine and John are professional, kind, friendly and are exceptional at any and everything that may need fixing! The leasing office is great and Matt was wonderful at finding the perfect spot for us.

The South Shore and Harborwalk make me smile every day. Harborwalk is a real community in which fun activities are offered for everyone, the tenants are friendly and look out for each other, and the staff is welcoming and supportive. We couldn't be happier!

I've been living at Harborwalk for close to a month now. The apartment is spacious, with great appliances. This complex is a prime location to many shops and restaurants. Rebecca and everyone else at the leasing office has been a pleasure to work with. I'm looking forward to enjoying the pool and outdoor grill in the summer

I cannot say enough about the beautiful aesthetics and attention to detail here. They have thought about everything! My older children love that they can easily stick to a workout routine at the on-site gym

With the trend of working from home increasing, the convenience brings with it some difficulties, such as isolation, lack of productivity, and an imbalance in work/home life. This amazing community has thought of everything! In the foyer of each building has multiple choices to fit your unique work style. Whether you're comfortable working in a quiet, fireplace lit living room aesthetic, or a single office with nothing to distract, but a desk, chair and Wi-Fi, it's your choice. Do you require a meeting space or conference room. It's readily available to you, equipped with a large flat screen tv for presentations.
Weekly activities are designed to bring our community together, when the last few years have made isolation too comfortable.
No new apartment property is perfect and issues need to be ironed out but I am proud of and grateful for the opportunity to make this my home.

Harborwalk has been my home for two months now and I have absolutely loved it! Besides the beautiful and well-maintained building and grounds, there is so much to enjoy: the pool, the gym, the sanctuary, the rooftop deck, walks along the Seaside Rail Trail, proximity to shopping and the highway. The management team of Deana, Matt, and Becky is the best! They are so friendly and efficient. So far I have only met Jon in maintenance and I have to say he went above and beyond, so conscientious. Another fabulous part of Harborwalk living is the community activities. Every month there are several fun things to take part in. And lastly, I get to see the sunrise from my window every morning. Priceless!

I just want to say how pleased I am with the recent service repairs that I have received. The Haborwalk maintenance team is amazing. They were quick to respond to my requests, extremely efficient, thorough and very pleasant. I'm grateful and confident in our service team to get the job done in a timely manner. Thanks again for the great service and happy holiday season!

We have truly enjoyed our stay here at Harborwalk. Deana and her staff have been a pleasure to work with. There is so much to enjoy here at Harborwalk. Besides the beautiful apartments themselves, there are ocean views and walking trails to town. There are many restaurants and shopping is close by. There are so many amenities to utilize from the beautiful lobby where many events happen through the month to a pool, grills, fire pit areas with movie nights, exercise room, meditation room with ocean views, dog washing station, gated doggy park, rooftop seating areas, ect. The building and grounds are always bright and clean. The views are spectacular. It has been such a pleasurable experience and would highly recommend Harborwalk Apartment.

We sold our home and aren’t yet ready to buy. We wanted a new or almost new apartment and preferred a water view. Harborwalk has nice amenities: regular activities, pool, gyms, fire pits, rooftop seating, rec equipment available such as bikes, scooters, kayaks, etc. rail trail walking path is 2 miles into downtown Plymouth, and more restaurants right in neighborhood. The management is excellent and very responsive to any concerns. All good so far.

I have lived at Harborwalk for almost 3 years in both Building #1 and #2 and have very much enjoyed my experience. Buildings are well maintained with outstanding amenities and onsite management is very responsive. Most importantly, residents are extremely friendly and social often attending many social events held at the building or at local businesses. As a result, I feel part of a vibrant community.

We love our people here! Deana, Becky, Matt, Bill, Mark and “our” Jon. They are a team, a community, feels like a family to our family. Having been displaced from our family home with mold, Deana has been more than welcoming for our family to land here for the last few years. She goes above and beyond for our family of 5, down to having safe candies for my kids. She is a wonderful, empathetic, caring property manager. We are truly blessed to have someone care about this community as much as she does! We are the lucky ones.

Living here is a beautiful place to live! It's rich in community activities, absolutely beautiful inside and out lots to do! The amenities are tremendous! I'm so happy everyday to open the window and smell the fresh sea air this is a remarkable place to live! The staff is amazing always friendly and ready to help I feel incredibly lucky and blessed to have become a part of this amazing community!

Harborwalk Apartments is a very unique place to live and I give it 5 stars. The fìrst thing I noticed when I came to look at my apartment, the people who live here are friendly and polite. It made an impression. I know it's hard to believe but it's true. Also, I take advantage of the opportunity to get to know people by participating in different fun activities. What is even more important to me... Harborwalk is dog friendly. I own a little dog who I could never part with. Besides my children, he is my world. I know that I made the right choice, I feel safe here, I feel at home...at Harborwalk Apartments.

I'm giving Harbor walk management 5 5tars.I recently moved into the second building and although there was minor aesthetic concerns Deana, Kathy and Mike have been extremely attentive with any issues. I commend this management team and very blessed to live here. Kathy gave me a tour of my apartment that was under construction. We didn't have an appointment and she was happy to squeeze us into her schedule.

My Granddaughter and I moved here back in December! We love it, people are so nice! The office management seem really engaged with the tenants! The property is beautiful! 😍 We can't wait for the warm weather to enjoy the outside facilities! Hope to meet more of our friendly neighbors! 🙂

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I can hear a pin on the floor that I live on. Maintenance fixes things promptly. I love living here.

I love it here but due to today’s economy and increased utilities and rates, food, etc, I probably can’t afford to stay. Management and maintenance is superb. I will definitely be sad to leave but until I hit the lottery, I need to come up with a plan. 🥲

Hello I-Moved here in November, The management team was great with the smooth transition, there were a few issues with the apartment, that needed to be fixed. And they were right on top of it. So far it’s been the best decision I’ve made, to come here Deina , Rebecca, have been so awesome.. and would Refer, someone to come to the community just would like to say thank your for all your assistance and a warm welcome..

I have lived at Harborwalk for over 3 years. You can’t beat the amenities associated with this community. Its location, in Cordage Park, provides for close proximity to great restaurants, nightlife, the rail trail, beaches, etc. The staff is attentive and repairs are made promptly and professionally. My only regret is that the MBTA stopped the train service to Plymouth. Pre-COVID, it was amazing to be able to catch the train to Boston/Logan from Harborwalk’s parking lot.
