Rite Aid

I got here shortly before the pharmacy was closing with a sick toddler. The pharmacist who's name was Ada informed me that our prescription wouldn't be ready until morning because of the time. I explained to her my situation and she went ahead and got my sons script ready for me which I very very much appreciated. Not only that she did it with a smile and a great attitude even though I was causing her to stay a bit later. Most pharmacists wouldn't do this so I consider it excellent customer service on her part. This will be my new pharmacy going forward.

Just got my covid booster here. Super quick and easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. The pharmacist also let me know home depot can copy and laminate my vaccine card, which I hadn't considered. It was awesome advice!

Staff and pharmacy staff are very freindly. I can understand dispositions due to rude people and Theives.
People and customers need to realize policies are place because of what times we are in.
Patience needs to be had by all.

Rite Aide is very convenient. The pharmacy people know me by name. They even have an aisle with $1 items.

Staff was helpful in guiding me to items I needed to buy.
