Polite friendly and was able to understand and describe my part over the phone in order to save me the drive if it wasn't the part I was looking for. FYI it was the correct part and worked great

Randy, Jim, and their team are hands down the best in the business. I lost count how many blocks, cranks, etc they machined over the years for Rogue River Automotive but every time the consistency and accuracy was absolutely phenomenal. Although Im Currently in Mobile Al and Rogue River has retired, I am to the point that I am really considering shipping all my machine work back to Randy.
