I was recently visiting my son in Muskegon & had run out of my medications. I went to two other pharmacies who told me it was illegal for them to fill because it was a controlled medication. In fact, that is a lie. They made me feel almost criminal. I am a 72 year old retired executive, but they showed neither compassion nor care. I called HomeTown Pharmacy on Whitehall Rd in N Muskegon. They were a God send in my time of need and filled my prescription without hesitation. In fact they had done it so quickly I couldn't believe the level of service I was provided. I'm in the process of moving to Muskegon to be closer to my son. HomeTown Pharmacy will become my regular pharmacy when I move.

My go to Pharmacy..Love this place..the staff is top notch!!

Many thanks to the great staff at this location. We're up in North Muskegon on vacation 1,200 miles from home in South Carolina, and I developed an eye infection that required medial care. The Doctor prescribed a medication to treat the infection and I went to pick it up at Hometown, only to discover that my medication insurance card was not in my possession. Mike and the staff took the time to look up the insurance info online. So I had a zero balance due instead of $150.00 plus. Thanks again for all of your kindness and help. I love Hometown Pharmacy. I can always find a great gift for someone and also a very nice card and wrapping paper to go along with the gift. I also love looking at the different holiday offerings! They have great sales during the year and especially at Christmas! The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable! It’s a very enjoyable experience to shop at all Hometown Pharmacies.

Always friendly! My dog loves the treats from the drive up! Prices are good and they always take care of me! Who could ask for anything more? Charlie doesn't from the back seat jumping a treat!

I started going to Home Town Pharmacy about 4-5 months ago. I was tired of going into the local grocery store to pick up my prescriptions and Standing in the long lines and other issues. I love the fact that my new Pharmacy Home Town is so close to my home. My prescriptions are ready fast, the employees there are always friendly and helpful, and I love the fact that there are no long lines to wait in.

Hometown Pharmacy does a great job of greeting & assisting customers + dispensing medication. They are prompt, friendly & professional. I like the fact that they are a small family business. I am particularly impressed with the way they are protecting their customers & themselves during the COVID-19 crisis. I wouldn't go to any other pharmacy!☺

Each time I have stopped in here, my two sons and I, have been treated with kindness and great care. I keep wanting to go back to browse the little shop. I choose to go here, over other stores, to pick up little things such as cold medicine to birthday cards. I recently switched my choice of pharmacy from Meijer to Hometown : ) (better service, better care)

I am very grateful for the friendly and caring people who work at Hometown Pharmacy!!!!! I specially enjoy the humor and laughter. I have been with them a long time, and I've never had a "bad" experience.

Kind of an old time home feeling. You carry items that are almost impossible to find in other stores. There are so many unique things there. You all have always taken time to explain things to me whether it's about medication or other thing. I am very happy I found you guys . I love the new store more room for more cool stuff.

Hometown pharmacy in North Muskegon has an incredible gift shop, full of very unique Gifts,even small items for children ....During Covid when all the gift shops were shut down this was my favorite stop because they were open and well stocked and have many nice items reasonably Priced....Well worth searching out and stopping in to see their selection....,

Always very friendly, helpful & smiling staff. I love to look & shop for their many wonderful gifts, clothing, books, etc. They have something for everyone.

I get all my prescriptions here, and they have a great selection of cards, gift items, and other necessities. Also, the staff is always helpful and friendly.

I've always enjoyed Keefes pharmacy for many years and it was a sad day when they were no more, so when I heard that HOMETOWN PHARMACY opened, I had to leave my pharmacy to enjoy the same great prices and assortment of gifts and health necessities that I've always enjoyed from Keefes!

I used this pharmacy exclusively for many years because of their efficiency, friendliness & selection of gift items. I moved to a new state, NM, but would highly recommend them to anyone in that area seeking a pharmacy home base.
