Myers Lake Park

I have been coming here to fish for several years. I don't keep anything but I catch lots of bluegill and sunfish (11 to be exact last weekend). I got lucky again and caught a 15 inch bass!! The angle of the picture makes it look smaller but I measured it before I let it go. :)

This is a very nice park. I will definitely be back, they have picnic tables, a playground, public restrooms with changing rooms. There's grills to cook on, small beach but very nice, the best thing is I didn't step on any bird poop

Just moved into a home about 5 minutes away. Went for the first time a few weeks ago before they closed for the season. Nice beach. We really enjoyed it. It wasn't huge or real crowded which made it perfect for us coming with 4 kids. It seemed pretty clean and they had (real) bathrooms available. Can't wait to go back next summer

Kids have a great time. Playground, Swimming Hole, Fishing and Picnic Areas are clean and well kept.

It's a great park but some people need to have more respect for the park and keep up with there own trash

Great park! We spent a good part of the day here enjoying many of its features; especially the beach access to the lake! The water was cold and refreshing! We even saw some fish =)

They have a playground, bathrooms, shade, picnic tables, and plenty of room to sprawl out.

So peaceful on this Sunday morning. Beautiful!!!

I've been coming to Myers Lake scene I was 8 years old I'm now in my 60's. I love this park my children grown up coming here now my grandchildren are growing up coming here,they love coming here also. It's a very nice park fun for everyone who visits here you won't be disappointed.

Great beach area for kids. Not real big or crowded for a hot weekend. Bathrooms are easily accessible. Not a long walk from parking lot. Nice play area for kids. Water was clean and sandy. Lots of picnic tables with shade. Definitely going back here again with the grandkids. If your heading back to Grand Rapids on hwy 44 there is an awesome Frosty Boy that serves gigantic ice cream cones. It is very clean and service is outstanding. Check them out too after a day at the lake.

Awesome beach and swimming area, it's great!

This is a great place for a quick trip to the beach. Started heading here on weekends. It's free, people are friendly, there's areas ro fish and areas to swim. Perfect for a hot day.

My favorite park in Kent County. It is a very quick drive from Grand Rapids. I come here a lot to get a little Solace out the city. Facilities are well-kept and the place is safe. I will advise that you cannot bring your own grill anymore. I do not agree with this rule however given people's actions in the past I don't blame them.

Can't beat this beach and play area. Grills and picnic tables and no county/state pass required.

Love this beach! Nice grass....shade and sun options. Bathrooms are close to the water. Nice sandy bottomed lake.

This is my favorite local beach. There is sand or grass to sit on. It is generally a clean lake. It has easy access to the beach and bathrooms from the parking lot. There is also a very nice playground area.

Great place love it up there was my 2nd time can’t wait to go back again one last time before summer is over definitely recommend this place for people who love the lake an to swim an plus everything is free so it’s totally worth it an a nice cute lil drive too !! 🥰😍☺💕♥

Great little park that is rarely busy. The water access is over a sea wall so anyone with mobility challenges may find getting in the water a little more difficult than accessing a typical beach.

Great experience. Nice grassy area to hang out. Picnic tables available. Restrooms. Beach area very nice. Water was warm and clean.
