Recently bought a 2021 Gladiator from these folks. Excellent experience start to finish, and really attentive, personable staff... Christie, Justin, Emma and Mark are top notch. I didn't meet the individuals who serviced my car before delivery, but the vehicle's presentation exceeded my expectations.

Friendly and efficient service. They really listened to my needs for my car and did an excellent job right down to refinishing my damaged tire rim. The service center and dealership were modern and spotless. Great attention to detail by the service manager and service staff. Lucky to have such a great service department so close to me.

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my car here. Everyone was nice. Mike my client advisor was amazing. I went on a Monday my car was ready to go before the end of the week.

I had a regular routine 40,000 mile check up, but I’m no where near 40,000. My service was excellent. The bill was very high, but I guess that’s the disadvantage of buying a European car.

Josh was awesome he provided service to come out and get my car and leave me a loaner while they took my car to get fixed. He went above and beyond and I appreciate him for that because I had a bad tiee that would not allow me to drive back home and on top of that I was stuck at work thank God for him. Ty Josh for all you did, this is why I will five an hour from fall river to get something as simple as an oil change because of the great service. Keep up the great work and thanks again. 😊

Great service every time I have needed them for factory recommended maintenance, brakes and tires. Appointment process is easy. Taylor is great. Kept me up to date on what my car needed. I drive long distances every day to work and so rely on my car operating as it should. I know my car is well maintained at this dealership.

Another excellent service at Plymouth Volvo! Taylor, my service representative, was terrific and kept me informed of the progress of the service being performed. She is very professional and always a pleasure to work with. Having the use of a loaner vehicle is also a nice benefit.

I love this place. They’re efficient, priced reasonably, and they have a nice waiting lounge with Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages so I can work while I wait. And they return my car sparkling clean!

Great experience. Front desk person was pleasant and answered all questions. Service identified issues along with cost prior to service. The waiting area is roomy and bright. Thank you for NOT having the usual blaring television.

Taylor is super helpful and nice, and explains everything clearly. Came in for my scheduled maintenance and one small repair. I work remotely and was provided a nice quiet office so I could Zoom with my clients while getting my car taken care of.

The service was quick and everything was done with care, which is very important seeing how I treat my vehicle like one of my children.

We are very pleased with this service center. Superior service combined with outstanding technical skills and completr customer commitment are rare. Gary Yessee and his team are a winning combination in all three areas. We'll be back for all services there going forward over the closer but less customer focused Volvo dealership.

They took care of replacing my tire right away. My neighbor noticed a screw in my rear driver's side tire, I drove up to Volvo in Plymouth, and Taylor took care of it with an appointment the following day.
