This is truly your hometown pharmacy. They care about your prices and insurance coverage. I rarely even need a pharmaceutical but they remembered me and asked if I had insurance since of my scripts was pretty pricey. They said if not they could work with me to find a cheaper substitute. I’ve never had a pharmacist even remember my name much less my insurance situation. I love coming here, they are so nice and friendly and really want to help. Absolutely recommend, also they deliver!

Staff and pharmacist always go above and beyond to help and treat me like a person unlike cvs or Meijer pharmacy’s who treat you like a drug addict for filling your prescriptions that your doctor has prescribed you. I love this place am so glad they opened this pharmacy in our little village.

We've been a Wal-mart Pharmacy family for many years. We were pretty happy with them, maybe just content because of the convenience. Then.... they changed it, having to have a counseling with the pharmacist. Medication I've taken for years, I had to wait for a counseling. Say what? My son's medication, the same. He's 20 and had been taking it for 20 years. Needless to say, after standing in line, paying for the medication to be told to step over here, like being held hostage because they have our money but we don't have our medication yet. Had to have counseling?.. we switched to White Pigeon Pharmacy. Wonderful people, friendly voices on the phone... kindness. Being kind is free and they give it tremendously! Check them out. Customer Service is #1 at this pharmacy. I'm so happy we did.
