Great place to buy from. Very, Very fast shipping for sure. The rv double reclinder arrived in perfect condition and installation was super easy. They are so comfortable I can sleep on them all night. Spoke with them several times before ordering and they were super frendly and nice. When I need rv furniture, they will be my choice again. Amazing customer service! I got my order of shades and one of them was damaged. After contacting them and sending the pictures they needed, they sent out a replacement and I got that one in great condition and really quickly! 5/5 stars!

They were quick and professional. Answered every question I had by very knowledgeable customer service reps.

Picked up a couple punctured take off trailer tires with rims as is for $50. Most have screws or Staples in them but unfortunately grabbed one with a slice. Hope a patch on the inside keeps it on the road. Happy was my fault for not picking a different one.

I gave them 4 stars because they sent the wrong bracket for shade. But once I took a picture of the shade they sent the brackets asap. Everything was done by email which I prefer phone but turned out to be great. The shades were top quality. Thank you.

We ordered a 3 sectional RV sofa and received 2 left hand sections,I had to box up the section and drive it to a ups store to return it,the customer support lady named Stephanie I talked was nice and helpful,but she acknowledged that they had a problem with the China shipper boxing them up wrong.they did send the right section.

Ok, not great.

This company has the worst customer service. Bought a 3500lb axle through Amazon. Used it for 50 mile hauling a side by side that weighs 1100lbs. While driving all 5 studs sheared off. When I contacted the company through Amazon, I was told they only have a 30 day warranty and I needed to contact the manufacturer. I pointed out that a company focused upon customer service would refund my money and they would put in a claim with their supplier. Who has a 30 day refund policy on an axle? I would understand if they sold flash lights or kids toys. Unfortunately the “Manager” said this was their stance, even if we spoke on the phone. What does that mean? Who cares what medium is used. I would bet they are still selling a sub product that may have defective parts during the manufacturing process to customers. If you buy something from these clowns, and there is an issue, they will keep your money and it is your problem. Below is a photo of the axle hub sitting on the road after I lost the tire. I would suggest to find another company to buy your products from unless you like getting messed over!

Never buy from them! Customer service was horrible. Even though we were outside the return period, they were not even willing to work with us. All they said was they can't help. Never buy from them!!

Went there today and was told it is not open to the public, I felt as if I was bothering them and to just go away...so I did.

The Customer service department is by far the worst ever. Purchased a Retractable Shower door and received it with dents in it. Followed Amazon directions and shipped it back to FACTORY RV SURPLUS as directed they DID NOT SUPPLY SHIPPING LABEL, the shipping cost was $55. They did NOT refund the shipping cost and we are still pending the actual refund. You will basically be taking a huge gamble with these people.

Ordered a sheet of fiberglass sidewall, and it was never delivered. Although UPS said it was. The other package we ordered was on our porch, but not the fiberglass sidewall. Factory RV said UPS provided them with google maps and our address was pinned, but we never received it. They were not willing to help us with this or make it right. $200.00 out the window! They are no help at all, they got my money and that's it for them. Their customer service was a disappointment. They hung up on my husband.

This place is listed with Google as a rv store but it is really a warehouse that doesn't have a retail counter where products can be purchased all their business is done online
