Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had!! As a dentures wearer I dont require a lot of treatments, but when i do require something its usually urgent. The entire team there jumped in to help out and get me seen. The dentist and his team take the time to talk to you and see what YOUR goals are and how they can help you achieve them and they take the time to 'teach you' to make sure you understand why some things have to be done. 10/10 would recommend to friends and I absolutely will!! Definitely worth the drive from the cape!

I continue to be amazed with Alliance Dental!! Today I was like a kid on Christmas morning, I could not wait for my appointment today!!! I have a mouth full of beautiful teeth!!!!!!!! I almost caused accidents on the drive home because I kept looking at my BEAUTIFUL smile in the mirror!!! If you need dental work, skip the BS, forget your anxiety and make an appointment with Alliance! Now! You will NOT be disappointed!!

I have never felt so comfortable at any other dentists office, Ever. Dr. Nova and all the staff are very professional and so very friendly. I was throughly at ease throughout my whole visit & I received a beautiful, well fitted crown in just one visit! This office and it’s staff are the absolute best! And Simon, you are totally fabulous as well. 🐾 I look forward to going to the dentist now. 🦷

It’s about time I found alliance dental group! I’ve had so many dentist in the past and no one is like Dr. Novy he’s such a wonderful person and he fits his profession really well. He takes his time with you and makes sure you are happy with the work he has done. He will not stop until you are happy. The entire staff treated me with kindness and respect. The whole team is excellent, and I would recommend the practice any chance I get. Thank you Dr. Novy and team!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. My boyfriend actually started going here before me and explained how they test your saliva and come up with a treatment plan. I remember when he told me that, I thought that sounds a bit weird, are you sure about this place? But let me tell you- this is hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to. I almost feel guilty that I am so lucky to be a patient here and so many others have not experienced their approach to dental care. Most dental offices do your regular cleaning and if something is wrong, they work on treating the problem. This office takes a completely different approach: instead of treating the problem, they work with you to come up with a plan to AVOID any dental problems in the first place! They don't want to just do a filling to get rid of the cavity; they want to develop a plan so you don't get a cavity at all! They test your saliva and analyze it to determine the chemistry of your mouth and what might cause problems. For example, I have learned my saliva is very acidic and they have been working with me to try to treat that and reduce the acidic levels in order to prevent tooth decay and other problems. They have given me different things to try, nutrition changes to see if that helps and they continue to monitor the progress so we can determine what is working best. Of course a perk is that everything has been free but that's nowhere near the best part of this office. These people really care about you and your dental health. Dr. Novy has been amazing. He's a nice guy and so easy to talk to but also so good at what he does and I can tell truly cares about me and my dental care. Olivia, my hygienist, has been unbelievable as well. She is the best and provides amazing care. I can't rave about this place enough. I tell all my coworkers and most of them reply with "oh but my dentist office is so nice" and my answer is always the same "these people are so nice as well but also provide treatment and care like no other dentist office you've ever experienced" it's the combination of them making you feel as if you're part of the family AND truly caring about your dental health!

I would like to first thank the founder Alliance Dental for creating such a wonderful and caring office. I have so much graditude to you and your fabulious team.Starting with Dr. Novy, He is the most passionate and knowledgeble dentist that I have ever met in my 50+years of going to dentist. When I first arrived I was greeted by Julie Whitley Advicate/Hygienist,Patient care advicate. She spent over two hours with me as I told her about my traumatic history, from my early years of age at the dentist.She was so kind and assured me that I was in wonderful hands. As it was all so very true.I then met Dr. Novy he is the most compassioniate, experienced and proffessional dentist to mankind!! He has taken so much time with me and addressed so many issues including the proper way to take care of my teeth and gums and also to address my problem I had with my saliva. I can not say how much I appreciate DR. Novy.It is no surprise that he is the leader at the helm of this well oiled ship.Dr. Novy has so much to offer in so many ways!!!
I was then introduced to Hong Trun Rajak,dental hygienist. I explained to her that I use to get put to sleep for my cleanings,thats how fearful I was before coming to Alliance. Hong assured me that she would be very gentle and she was. I hardly felt anything. Again so much care and understanding from the team.I then was assured by Dr. Novy that I was going to be seeing Dr. Larry Fadjo for some bridge and other extensive work. Nothing but perfection!!!Everything that Dr. Novy told me aboit Dr. Fadjo was true and beyond my expetations.The dental assistants were also outstanding Olivia C, Kathy O'Callahan, Meagan Smith, and Katie C.Thanks for putting up with me!!! Last but not least Adell Jackson first impression guru, and that she is! I look foward everytime I go to my appointment and am greeted by Adell. She is always smiling and as pleasant as could be. I also see her on my way out and always leave a little time to have a quick chat goodbye.Well if you are fortunate enough to find your way to the best dental office in the state,I guarentee you will feel the same as myself and so many others. Their whole team should be called The Dream Team.

I don’t even think I’ll have enough space, nor the perfect words to explain how much I for once, loved my experience at the dentist and it was all because of the team at Alliance Dental. In the past, I’d been shamed and embarrassed at a dental office to the point of tears (not the good kind) imagining how much worse they were talking about me the second I was out the door as he basically laughed in my face about the work I needed done at age 30. I felt at a loss, and then I was then told about Alliance dental in Quincy, and with my union SEIU 888 it seemed like the best option for me. I am still in awe at just how amazing they turned out to be.

My situation worsened and with the pandemic cancellations were expected, but I really needed work done. I called and both girls at the front desk, Nessy and Adell are so efficient and got back to me right away. Dr. Novy called me not only was he kind, he had a great sense of humor and also empathy for my past situation, I knew this was no ordinary dentist office. They got me ready for a telehealth appointment where we could discuss options and they listened, asked questions, really actually tried to get down to what the problem was.. and they never once made me feel ashamed. I felt like I was talking to a group of friends I’d known forever, but you know really intelligent, funny, and ready to really help me feel normal again.
Julie, a hygienist at alliance, really was more than I expected from someone who barely knew me.. she was an angel, she checked in on me, called, texted, kept me updated, she was the mental support I needed during an honestly emotional process.As a 911 operator, hardly anyone asks us how we are, Julie is incredibly caring & compassionate. I was
willing to go out of my way to get a Covid test so I could get in to speed the process along, mostly because I also really cared for the safety of all these angels who were a source of light to me in a really difficult time.
Hong did my x-rays, she was also so accommodating and was so easy going to talk to! I had never had 3D and 2D x-rays (she was so quick and efficient I was in and out) they have the most updated, clean, 21st CENTURY dentist office I was amazed walking in, it was like HGTV designed it absolutely beautiful.
Dr. Novy, the chief dentist, and his assistant Kathy had me come in so they could get my teeth ready they again had this brand new equipment to get my teeth ready to have a lab create the perfect bridge to fit where I needed extractions. This office is trained so well, this isn’t your 1990’s dentist where you’re sitting with goop for impressions and a 40 pound x-ray vest nearly choking on the tools you bite, they're the future of dentistry it’s convenient, accurate, they want you to look perfect, it seems too good to be true but THEY ARE TOO GOOD! Dr. Novy also has a personality that puts you at ease and also has you laughing, enjoying the dentist, for me thats literally never happened.
Finally, the day came and Dr. Kennedy, the hygienist Olivia and assistant Katie were there today to wrap up the best dental experience of a life time. Dr. Kennedy and Olivia were like hanging out with two of your best friends you hadn’t seen in a while completely knocking my nerves and anxiety off to the side while they worked their butts off cleaning my teeth like I’d never had them cleaned, their methods and updated takes on modern dentistry were amazing to be a part of. Olivia has my teeth feeling cleaner, healthier, and the experience was awesome (she has a bomb playlist while she works!) Dr. Kennedy felt like more than a dentist, she had so much knowledge in many different areas tying it into dentistry. I was done with cleaning, numbed, ready for the extractions and my new teeth/bridge. When it was done, Dr. Kennedy had tears and I cried, HAPPY TEARS this time. I didn’t hate looking at my smile anymore, I didn’t hate looking in the mirror for the first time in a long time. Also, they have a support dog like this place couldn’t get any more awesome! Team work really does make the dream work.

I have been coming to this dentist office over the past 9 months. I will say it was an answer to my prayers! I was in a lot of pain with a broken tooth and had horrific experiences with dentists that I avoided them, last year in May 2020 I had given the thought that I would just live with the pain and my teeth breaking until I would just surrender and have to have them all pulled and have dentures. I was so afraid, until I spoke to Julie on the phone... very friendly and she got me to open up and trust her and she asked me my deepest fears about dentist and my oral health. She would call me to check on me until she could get an appointment during covid via zoom with the entire team! The hygienist, the dentist , the receptionist, the X-ray tech... I’m serious when I say the whole team! I even got to meet Simon (the wonder Dog!) when the day came that I got to go in person I was still a bit anxious but Han my hygienist was so awesome! She didn’t rush and she took every preventative measure to ensure I was relaxed for Dr Novy, he was able to get me fixed in no time. I also had the pleasure of getting this beautiful gold bridge that is to die for by Dr Larry! I look forward to my visits with the entire staff miss Adele will be that sweetheart that calls you to remind you of your appointments and she never forgets! Although I have only been her 9 months I wish I had found them earlier, I thank God for Dr Novy and his wonderful team for all their care and would highly recommend them for any and all dental needs! And you get a bonus of having Simon with you! Thank you again Dr Novy and Dr Larry & my Han for everything!

I have not found a Dentist that i have ever been completely comfortable with until NOW... Dr Kennedy and Dr Novy, the entire team (Julie, Olivia, Hong) are friendly and truly wonderful, during the Covid 19 my tooth filling came loose and soon the tooth broke and left me in pain. These dentist kept me on the priority list and did a teleconference twice with me via GoToMeeting sent me supplies to address the exposed root) and addressed my pain and health as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am looking forward to actually getting seen the next week and not anxious or avoiding it... they are dedicated and diligent ... a committed team! I would highly recommend this office and this team for any dental care. I have heard they have some great relaxing music in the office too!

Ample Parking, great atmosphere, great state of the art machinery. Simon is the best! Love the music and weighed blankets. I had a crown done here in ONE visit... Had a filling and cleaning on other occasions as well. Not rushed, Great experience.

One of my biggest fear is the dentist. I can't explain how happy I am with this establishment. The dentist (Dr. Novy) and his entire staff are the best, especially Simon ❤. I have never felt more comfortable. My procedure was painless and 24 hours later it feels great. I now am looking forward to going to the dentist. I also recommended 3 of my friends to Alliance..ps... they do exist 😊

They are the Best!!! Went for the cap for the finishing touches on a root canal.The they greeted me outside the office (because of covid) and were friendly and pleasant from start to finish.Honestly, I had a great time.Very down to earth staff. As far as the dentist goes....excellent treatment and more excellent team over there!!!!

Great place to go for your dental work. The staff are very thorough, and involve you in every aspect of your dental plan. They made me very comfortable.

Woke up with terrible sinus pain and toothache. Called left a message and I was scheduled for the next morning. Dr. Novy eased all my anxieties, performed a minor surgical miracle. I highly recommend this dentist center.

Brand new state of the art dental facility with current technology. The staff was very helpful, friendly , accommodating and provided a pleasant overall experience! Highly recommended!
