With the help of Coletta Cutler Realty I was able to sell my condo above the original asking price. What impressed me most about this company was their team spirit. Three agents worked together to staff the open houses and close the deal - in days!

What can I say about my very short dealing with this company except, sellers beware. Upon negotiating with this company we made every concession for Becky and her clients. After the home inspection the potential buyers and Becky created a number of pseudo problems with the home to further dissolution of the purchase agreement . The agreement that they willingly entered into on their own. Becky upon hearing our displeasure of the inspection threatened to be "lawerly", not a word, if we didn't concede their demands. We have now wasted time and money to have nothing but "Becky's" indignation to show for it.
