Ye Olde Standish Grille

We came here for dinner, and I wasn't sure what I wanted. I went for a safe option and got the chicken Parm. My husband suggested the whole clams, but being from the south, I had never heard of anything different. The clams were amazing. We got an order to share and I ate over half between the three of us. Really enjoyed this place.

The food was fantastic The service was even better. The decor is a little dated but very warm and welcoming. It all works together. There were five of us in the party and we all had a fantastic meal, we all ordered something different as well. From meatloaf to grilled cheese to a full clam plate or clam roll it was a great meal. The clam chowder was incredible. And I order clam chowder everywhere I go.

We took our mom there for mother's day and no reservation needed! The French onion soup is fantastic,my brother in-law and I had steaks that were really good, our mom had shrimp and clams and she loved it! So it was a really good experience and definitely will go again!

Moved here a few years ago and finally had the chance to dine in. Food was delicious. Kids kept raving the Buffalo dip and I think it's better than mine. The mile highmeatloaf was yummy, the onion rings are really good. Waitress was great and would definitely be back soon. No crayons/kids coloring in case that matters to you.

This is one of the few places you can get fried oysters. And they are wonderful. We get the combo with fish and oysters.

The best food ever ! I dine out at least 6 times a week and no other restaurant can compare to The Standish Grill . The food is consistently perfect . The pizza , salads and seafood are awesome ! I’ve been coming here for 50 years and the meals have always been superb .

I love this place and have been going there for years. Something about the feeling of the place is very nostalgic. My husband and I are in our 30s and love it, my 6 year old loves it and I know it is a very popular spot for older people. We go in have chowder and play a little keno. Best clam chowder ever. one of my fav places.

The best fried food and they have liver and onions and grapenut pudding. Win win

This place is a time machine. You walk in ad it's like you stepped back into the 70's. I don't think that's such a bad thing. This place gives you a nostalgic feel and the food is really good. Have a drink, order some meatloaf, and play a little keno. Check this place out if you're in the area.

Enjoyable lunch to celebrate mom's birthday with her friends. Everyone very happy with their food. Service was friendly, efficient, and safety precautions in place.

Waitress was super nice food was good went to 2 For Tuesday I didnt even know it was a thing so 40& fed 3 people good food I had shrimp my sister had salmon & my man had meatloaf all was delicious
