More than pleased with my experience at RG Auto! Rich diagnosed my truck issue within a few hours and had a more than reasonable estimate with a list of recommended things to be fixed but didn’t push to sell me on the whole thing and did what was needed to get me safely on the road again. I will be returning with a list of repairs for them. They are honest, reasonable and have A+ communication and costumer service. If you need anything done to your vehicle RG Auto are your guys.

Fixed the problem in less than 24 hours and communicated throughout the process. Pricing was more than appropriate. Everyone that works there has an A+ attitude and even though I live 1.5 hours away I'd recommend this place to my neighbors when they feel hopeless about their vehicle.

I had everything loaded in my truck and ready for a work trip to Swansea mass,but I glanced around my truck and noticed a rear tire looking a little "squishy",I said it's probably just an optical elusion due to the way it was parked. As I started the engine, I saw the dreaded low air warning light on my dashboard. Being early in the morning I headed out towards RG auto hoping to see someone there. Rich was opening up and he was going to get me on the road as quickly as possible, the air pressure was 2 lbs below the recommended level and probably triggered the sensor, we added air to the proper pressure, looked for obvious nails and screws, but nothing visible, and I was back on track. I made the travel back and forth with no problems thanks to the crew at RG!,This is a great little place in the heart of Plymouth County, I will be back to them for their great help again soon! Keep up the good work guys! 😎👍

Great mechanics. Rich, the owner, will not sell you something that you don't need. Honest and dependable. Prices are more than reasonable and will always give you options.

So far so good we just moved to the area and I've gone here once for both cars. The prices seem reasonable and the work seem to be very good. we were greeted by the owner which was a nice touch. They send you an estimate via text with pictures of the work to be done.

I went for an inspection sticker. They took my car in right away! I was out of there in no time. They are always friendly and helpful! Also RG Auto donates to the Halifax children's sport teams. Thank you!

I bought a 2000 Ford Ranger for a good price here. The truck ended up having some issues but Rich had absolutely no problem addressing the problems in a timely manner.

Always had very good experiences here. On the pricier side, but always offer guarantee on their work. If there's ever a problem they'll take care of you.

RG recently did some brake work for me, as well as helping me figure out why my trunk's auto open feature wasn't working. They were fair in their pricing, communicated well and went the extra mile on the trunk.
