We happen to be in the area and we were looking for a quick bite. This place is really good. I hoped I asked her name but the lady here really serviced us amazingly. She was wonderful, very kind and really was helpful from heart. I haven’t felt this warm in a outside dining so long. It was like our house with family. Thank you and thank you again. This deli is one of my favorite lunch stops, I always check the specials before I go, but they have a great everyday selection to choose from, plus every sub or wrap comes with a homemade half sour pickle, such an excellent touch. The soups are fantastic as well, I love the chili, it has just enough heat for me.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat! Mikes staff is always friendly. I don't often eat cold cuts but they serve boarshead so I make an exception once or twice a week for a joes thanksgiving sandwich. Mike is very personable and always throws a pickle in the bag. This is a great place to grab a cup of joe and a pastry too!

Great local spot. The owner is friendly and the food has always been good. My family loves a yummy deli sandwich. I do think Mike should sell tubs of the pickles.

Michael's Deli and Cafe has the fundamentals of serving good food down so well that you wonder why other places of this genre don't do the same. Having grown tired of the same, old boring, "Anytown USA" stale sandwiches and the listless, disinterested service that makes you wonder why some sandwich shops are even in business, Michael's immediately impressed me as an antidote. The sandwiches are huge and tasty (love the spicy turkey panini and tuna melt!) and the home cooked meals like roast turkey, meat loaf and mac and cheese truly excel with grandma-made-it quality. They also serve very good coffee, so I am told (I'm not a coffee drinker). Additionally,owners Mike and Beth Lewicki always seem to be on site, so the daily operation of Michael's is always running at its peak performance. You will never see anyone goofing off here, it's all about the customer! Mike and Beth definitely have a perfectionist approach, but are also extremely nice people -- thus, Michael's is a welcoming place to be. An added bonus are the freshly-made baked goods including moon pies, brownies, chocolate chip cookies and turnovers. While Michael's does a brisk take-out business, they have seating, too -- something I prefer as it's just nice to take in the "local" atmosphere. With country music often playing in the background, a steady "everyone knows each other" crowd coming in throughout the day, and deli food and homemade meals rising above the norm, Michael's seem less of a Boston place and one that you would find somewhere off a rural Vermont road. With a bright, sunny sign, near silence outside, a bustling vibe inside and a location sandwiched between scenic Mirror Lake and some beautiful open rural land, Michael's is a great off-the-beaten-path dining spot that proves that local, when done right, is always the way to go.

Best deli in the area!

Great sanwiches, fresh ingredients, and nice people! Coffee is good, and although not a huge selction of beers, what they carry provided good options.

Got an excellent prosciutto provolone and roasted red pepper sandwich and received great service. Will always come here for lunch when I'm in Wrentham.

Never been inside, but sent my coworker for some turkey wraps and they are delicious! Great food, not expensive for what they are.
