Gentle Dental Quincy

First time I came here I had Robin for a cleaning and she was great. But I just went last week and Alexis the RDH was amazing. She will be my new hygienist! She is so sweet and caring and does a great job cleaning your teeth. Only thing I didn't like was she told me I have another cavity lol but that's not her fault! They don't schedule far out so making appointments is easy and their facility is clean as well. I recommend

Just had an amazing dental experience with Florivette Rosario of Gentle Dental in Quincy. The visit was timely and effective. She was very engaging making the entire experience feel quicker than normal. I even inquired about having my teeth whitened and she was honest and suggested I don't do it since my teeth were white enough already. Other offices would have taken advantage and collected the $450 fee I was ready to give. I highly recommend this office and Florivette and looking forward to going back in 6 months.

I had to meet Dr Kim at GD@ Quincy since they didn’t have the 3-D scanner. She thoroughly explained to me what they needed to find out from the scan and explained to me what is the best approach to my upcoming oral surgery. I’m confident that what she recommended and will confide in her experience for the success of my future surgery. Thanks again.

The experience went very well. The staff was able to fit me into the schedule that day and do a follow-up appointment the next day.The treatment was very comfortable. The appointment was on time. The staff kept me well informed about the procedure. I was given an update on my dental plan with an explanation and cost.

Just switched to Gentle Dental Quincy due to new insurance and I was so happy with my experience! Flori was my hygienist and she was so friendly and I loved that she explained clearly everything that she was doing. She just made the whole experience so positive and great! Dr. Lin was super clear, taking more time than any other dentist I’ve seen in recent memory to thoroughly go over everything in my x-rays, what to look out for, etc. I have so much confidence in this office and their staff! They all seem attentive, competent, and friendly. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate how they help people in an emergency case. My temporary crown was fallen off the day before my vacation. The dental clinic I usually go to was off that day for July vacation. I tried to call other places for help but no one wanted to take care of my situation since I am not their patient. When I called this place, the front desk told me appointments was booked up at the beginning, but he was nice enough to squeeze me in after he knew it was an emergency case and I would have to fly out of the town the next day. Not many business are doing that for people even they know it is an emergency case. So, many thanks to Gentle Dental Quincy crews! By the way, the front people were so patient and friendly when I came in for treatment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Gentle Dental in Quincy this week. Staff are friendly, professional, gentle & very caring. I could not have been more pleased. My hygienist Fiori was the best! My teeth have never felt so clean. All the equipment was state of the art and it was virtually a pain free experience.
Dr Timimi saw me and was also very informative and caring. A great dental visit!!! The front desk staff was terrific too. Thank you 😁

I had an emergency tooth situation a few months back and I needed to be seen urgently during the weekend. My dentist at the time could not fit me in and I was in severe pain. I called this location and they were able to fit me in SAME day! Dr. Lin was so thorough, professional, kind, and caring—moreso than any other dentist I’ve encountered ! I decided to switch to their location after their quick response and immediate accommodation. I am still so pleased with their general responsiveness, accommodation, and great medical care provided. I’m very happy with this Gentle Dental even though it is a “chain dental office” I am pleased with their medical care!

I loved how knowledgeable my technician was. She answered all my questions and gave me helpful suggestions for some smaller issues I was having. Their office is clean, the desk staff is attentive, and the tech they use to examine your teeth really helps you understand the condition of your oral health. Thank you!

Absolutely the best dentist office ive been to! I went yesterday the power went off due to a big storm and they were so amazing! They did as much as they could in the dark then rescheduled me to today. The dentist i had was exceptional she really took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me, really thoughtful and will never go to another dentist! Front desk staff and hygienist were the nicest most accommodating people ever! If i could give this place 1,000 stars i would!

I really enjoyed my visit to this Gentle Dental office in Quincy. The waiting room was very comfortable, and the front desk team was very kind and helpful. Also the team of dentists whom attended me were very professional and kind as well.

Nicely done on cleaning my teeth with bracelets on. Somehow they assigned a hygienist who speaks my home language on my very first visit and she did an excellent job, very patient and kindly explains a lot of my concerns during my visit here. Definitely seeing her again after three months.

Fantastic administrative staff to greet you and answer all your questions. The medical staff is second to none. They provide you with a complete treatment plan. I have had an exceptional experience with Quincy Dental Gentle. I would highly recommend this office! I just had my exam and teeth cleaning completed by the incredibly skilled Florivette (Florie) Rosario! She was extremely quick, caring and fun! It was the best teeth cleaning I've ever had and I couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you Florie!

Dr. Lin is the best dentist I've ever had! She is very calm, caring and quick. She always makes sure that you have a painless experience, which is perfect for people who are anxious about dental visits.

As long as Dr. Lin works at Gentle Dental, I shall keep returning.

My hygienist Luyu was the best! She was gentle, patient, professional and caring during my visit. Luyu took the time to explain everything in detail to me. Gentle dental is lucky to have a staff like her!!

I have never been a huge fan of the dentist and have never enjoyed or developed a relationship with my dental hygienist until coming here. Flori Rosario is truly the best! I genuinely enjoy going to see her. She’s friendly, quick and honest which I appreciate. She always gives me good advice on how to better care for my teeth when I am there. So glad I found her and I highly recommend her!
