Jackson Square Tavern

My wife and I decided to try the Jackson Square Tavern under new ownership. The inside is renovated with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I had a very flavorful Maple glazed salmon entree (cooked perfectly). My wife had the beer battered chicken. Both dishes were very flavorful and excellent quality. Service was excellent, prices are very reasonable. The bartender also made a very good Manhattan. We will definately be back.

We go in every Thursday night for trivia ….such a fun good bar …had the winter salad with salmon …sooooo yummy ….Trivia is a blast , bartenders are the best , and the regular customers are friendly

This place just reopened with new owners and it's awesome. We had the buffalo dip and some wings which were delicious. We will definitely be back. Such a cozy and inviting place.

Great place to go and either relax or get good people to talk to. Even if you're new. They welcome you with good conversations and they're happy 😊 to see new friends to this Trojan horse. LOL 😂 Don't let the outside fool you. Inside is a awesome experience.

Great food and great service. The hand cut onion rings were exceptional, my parents raved about the fish, and I had one of the best grilled cheese and bacon sandwiches I've ever had. It was a great time.

Hidden gem! Seafood is amazing and I am fussy after growing up on the Cape. Unbelievable prices! Waitress Antoinette is the best! Great family dining

Had a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and tomato. Sorry forgot a photo! It was very good and reasonably priced. Interesting twist. I don't like root beer from the soda tap and I asked if they had bottled rootbeer. No, but they could give me a can! I suspect they could do that for other types as well. Met my requirements of more consistent carbonation and flavor. Staff was attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Easy on site parking. Great place for a quick bite. I understand there is a function room upstairs that you can rent. Update: 7/1/22 love this place! Waitress bet attentive and nice. Great food! 9/10/22 still love this place! Fits is great as is the service! Top notch.

WE FOUND OUR TAVERN!!!!! Me and my Husband and friend came in Sunday. We had the best lunch in literally years at JST. Got fired clams, beautiful size belies and cooked to PERFECTION! My friend got broiled pork chops, she was going to eat one and take one home, she ate both, again, perfectly cooked. My husband, so true, and I quote: " I can't remember EVER not being able to eat a clam plate. Oh ...btw, he did. EXCELLENT FOOD, SALADS, COCKTAILS, SERVICE AND KENO! We are truing to stay away for a day or two, I think we will be back tonight haha. GREAT PLACE ALL AROUND!

I love Jackson square tavern. I think it has the best seafood around for miles and miles. I cant think of anything that I haven't enjoyed. Thur each month they have trivia night and that's a fun time. I also enjoy all of the staff . Many have left and for some that was a good thing.Varney seems to be very hard working and conscientious and I appreciate that.

Great food, great atmosphere, great waitress. Who could ask for anything better. Had a couple of birthday party's here for family members.

Love the tavern miss everyone that works and customers....ordered take out shrimp and scallops casserole DELISH GREAT FOOD VARNEY......CANT WAIT TO COME IN AND SEE YOU ALL 2 TO 3 MONTHS....

Great local place. Prices are great. Bartenders always make a good effort to treat you like a regular. Trivia night is fun.
